Good evening,
I was turned away from a Rainbow store on Gratiot and 7 mile. The store hours posted says the store closed at 8pm. I pulled on the doors as they were locked and it was 7pm. The security at the store completely ignored me and saw me standing there. As someone is coming out he comes to the door to unlock the door. He let them out and says we are closed. I was confused and stated the hours posted on the door. The store hours posted said 8pm. He responded with we are closed. I asked to speak with a manager he refused. I was in disbelief the entire time as I watched other people shop. I have never had an experience this awful.

The store is always closing before the time on the door on a daily basis it say they close at 8 pm the are closing daily at 630 or 7pm daily who ever is the dm of this location needs to get the store together your gonna loose customer here cause everyone is ready to go home before the store is suppose to close on Google it say the store close at 730p on the door it say 8p and the employees say 7 so what time does this location close get it together

Only reason I come to this store and this location because it’s very convenient and close to home but the bald lady has a terrible attitude every single time I come here. From reading the reviews I see, I’m not the only one who thinks so.
