I am from St Louis, MO and needed to leave for St Louis over the weekend. Chris and the team he works with did everything they could to get me an answer to my issue so that I could confidently make my 600 mile trip. They worked with me on getting a rental while my car was in the shop for 48 hours and worked with me on the cost of the diogastic work.I would enthusiastically recommend your service department to anyone.ThanksMike

Avoid, terrible experience - wouldn’t service my Traverse (b/c 100k+ mileage). Loyal and frequent Laethem customer. Recently visited & after a few questions from service representative (who knew mileage), was directed to cashier who told me they would not take the appointment. Service representative had magically disappeared (not cool/professional). Just received solicitation from them to purchase new car. Will not do business with them again. Dislike writing bad review but want to make others aware.

Sales department is top notch and always a great experience. Service department has improved tremendously. Last service experience was great even though it was only a full service oil change. The young lady at the cashier was simply a pleasure to deal with.

I brought my car in on a Thursday with several items to be done, made it very clear that the check engine light was on. I was told this was part of one of the recall items and it was never listed on the paperwork as an item. I was told they might have it done on Friday and was offered a ride home via Lyft. On Friday I was told that they were still diagnosing the car and the service associate reserved a loaner for me and a Lyft driver was ordered to get the loaner. I had to leave work early on Friday to get the loaner. On Monday was told the car was fixed with the exception of a part for the door. I was told to drop off the loaner to Enterprise and then come over to the dealership. Upon receipt of the vehicle the check engine light was still on. The service associate said that sometimes it takes a minute to clear out and if it didn't by the time I got home to call him. It didn't, so I called back. He returned my call and said he would call me the next day and get to the bottom of why the car was released with check engine light still on. NO call on Tuesday, I called on Wednesday left a message and here is Saturday still no call back as to why my car was released to me with a check engine light on. Honestly this is just poor service. My lease coming up I am debating whether to purchase or return. The car has less the 16K miles and should not have a check engine light on and certainly shouldn't have been returned to me with it still on. Very disappointed in the service. I want the car fixed so I can make decisions on what to do when lease is up. Was seriously considering purchasing and now I just don't know what I will do.

I came in for an oil change appointment. The service writer had my paperwork ready as soon as I stepped out of my vehicle. I did not have to wait very long for the oil change to be completed. When finished, the service writer explained in detail the service performed. Great service!While I was waiting to check out with the cashier, I noticed she was working with a customer who was being extremely rude. She maintained her professionalism with this person while he continued to be rude. I am not sure I could have handled the interaction as calmly as she did. When she helped me check out, she maintained her professional and friendly interaction and thanked me for being so patient. You are blessed to have this person on your team.

The oil change was completed quickly and I am safisified with the change. I am very disappointed that the dealer is pushing vehicle maintance items that are not required. The dealer called out that the Rear diff and transfer case need a fluid change. The GMC Acadia states that under normal use, fluid changes are not required. The dealer ship also called out that the battery needed to be replaced with our checking the battery charge capacity.

Last time my car was serviced was by Ray Laethem. The tech didn't put my wheel lock key back in my vehicle and when i went in yesterday the tech said they couldn't find my wheel lock key. When I let the tech know it quickly turned into its my fault. Since I had my car Ray Laethem is the only place that has serviced my car. I need they to replace my wheel locks.

Since the day of my purchase at Ray Laethem, I have had nothing but issues with my vehicle and the service provided. I chose to patronize Ray Laethem oppose to other dealers because their used vehicles are "certified". Or so I thought, after my test drive I realized the brakes were bad on this vehicle. Something that should've been discovered by a service mechanic. I should've known from then things would go down hill. Literally days after I purchased my vehicle the air conditioning stopped working. After I spoke with my sales rep.I brought the car to be serviced. Afterwards, the Service Advisor Donnell informed me that the technician found no leaks and recharged the freon. Two months later, the same issue reoccurred, the A/C stopped working. When I brought it back to be service once again I was told by the Service advisor that now there is a leak in the A/C system. I find it very very hard to believe that there was no leak the first time it was inspected. Everyone at Ray Laethem asked why I did not purchase an extended warranty. The only thing I was offered was a wheel & tire package which does not cover the bad sensor in my wheel by the way. Even if I did not purchase an extended warranty, I feel like these issues should be covered since I've only owned the vehicle for just over 3 months. To say I'm unsatisfied about my experience would be an understatement.

Tom and Stefan did a great job finding the Enclave of my choice, they walked me through everything that made it easy for us. The team was very cordial and professional. It will take us a little time making the transition from my 2007 Enclave to the 2024. Thanks again to Team Laethem?

My experience was excellent because my service advisor, Donnell, was courteous, professional, and efficient and kept me informed of the status of repairs on my vehicle. The dealership was clean and a pleasant environment. All personnel that I engaged with were personable and professional.

EJ is awesome!! He’s is the best dealer I have ever worked with!! EJ is so nice and personable, give that man a raise!! Tom is nice as well!!! Sean was kind and easily explained all of the packages to me, which I really appreciate!! Sean finished up the deal and I appreciated him helping me set up OnStar!! He was patient with me and kind as well!! Everyone I came into contact treated me with respect and I felt like my opinion was heard. I know I said thank you a lot to them but it’s because I truly am grateful for them giving me a good dealership experience!!

Greeted with courteous and respect. Every aspect of my service was explained to me in detailed. Questions were answered. My vehicle was treated with care and no problems were eminent. I was given a LYFT ride home. Courteous call when my vehicle was ready and the service was explained in detail. I am impressed and look forward to future business with Ray Latham and Will Lane.

I had an appointment to drop my vehicle off at 7am on a Wednesday. I received an update text at 10:30am saying the tech has my paperwork and will be starting the work on my vehicle. Fast forward to the following day at 2pm where the problem has been discovered and I am asked to leave my car for another day. I ask for a loaner because I have an appointment the following day, but I am not allowed a loaner because I didn’t purchase from this dealership. It doesn’t matter that I get my work done at this dealership and it’s not my fault that this dealership didn’t have the make, model, and color vehicle I wanted when I was shopping. After finding out I can never receive a loaner and I am expected to just leave my car for 3 or more days, I have decided to receive service elsewhere, particularly the dealership where I purchased from, Serra Whelan.

My son is a young man with special needs. He bought a 2018 Encore from Betsy last summer. He scheduled an appointment for an oil change June 1, 2023. I went in a day early to ask Donelle if he would be the service advisor for the appointment because he’s patient, listens to concerns, is polite and has always provided excellent customer service for all of our vehicles bought or leased from Ray Laethem.I met a young man named Tobias who explained that Donelle was off for a couple of weeks due to the birth of his child. I explained that my son needed an advisor who would be patient and not get frustrated with him due to his speech disorder and asked when Donelle would be back and I would reschedule. Tobias told me not to reschedule because “every employee there would treat him with the respect he deserves and I will personally take care of him. I’ve got you.”We arrived the next morning and Tobias cheerfully greeted my son and explained what would be done to his car. Tobias listened so intently to him that I didn’t need to translate.After service was completed, Tobias sat with him and patiently and slowly explained what was done and asked if he had any questions. Having none, we happily went on our way.Core Values. Tobias, Betsy, Donelle and Jamie have them, as I have personally witnessed. Kindness, empathy, patience and compassion. Core Values.
