The folks at Ray Laethem Jeep Chrysler treated me very well. I'm from out of state and they made the trip and experience worth it. Bought a van from them and they took care of me before, during and AFTER the sale. I had some minor concerns with the vehicle (nothing major!) and they took care of it. I feel these people are honest and committed to service. I didn't feel like "just a number" which most dealerships have made me feel like. I will look to Ray Laethem FIRST next time I'm in the market for a vehicle. Special shout out to Russ, Dylan and Aleks. They all took good care of me! Great experience. Thank you!

This was my first time using the service department here. Great experience. Everyone was very helpful. The rep kept me updated and went out of her way to help me. I also liked the health checks and report that was provided with the oil change.

I was immediately greeted when I pulled into the service department. As a woman, it can be very intimidating bringing in your car, to a service station; but at Ray Laethem someone immediately came up to me and took care of my questions. The waiting area is brand new, modern and impeccably clean. The service on my car was completed and the exact time that I was told. Thank you, I will be back!

Gave 1 star because i cant give 0. Very disappointed, my husband went there to get a new radio. He paid for the radio in advance in full BEFORE the radio was delivered. He took his car back once the radio was in stock, went back to pick it up and they held his car hostage and told him he owed more money. Shame on you Ray laethem for scaming your loyal customers. You lost a long time customer because of the back handed practice and being unprofessional with your response. That is not ok.

Although it took a week to get a final diagnosis of the our car, the service rep, Matt, was accommodating with our daily status and questions about the car. At the end they finally found the computer issue and got us out the door.

I have been to seven different Chrysler dealerships from Michigan to Illinois for the past seven years and Ray Laethem has been the best service and experience I have ever had. I won’t take my car or future cars anywhere else for service. They even update view text and not from computer texting you. It’s the actual salesmen. It’s 2023, I love how this dealership changes with the times unlike others with NO Communication.

I usually don’t give reviews but this experience was exceptional! Mohamad greeted me with such a friendly demeanor, definitely the guy to go to. Super personable & very easy to deal with. Good customer service is a rarity nowadays, so I like to give credit when credit is due.

I am very dissatisfied with the level of customer service at this dealership regarding the service department. It’s going on four weeks now since I dropped my vehicle of for service and I am still waiting on it to be repaired. When I dropped my vehicle off I ask if there was a loaner vehicle available and I was told that there was a waiting list for a loaner. I am now entering my fourth week without my vehicle and there is still no loaner vehicle available and my vehicle has not been repaired. I have owned several different brans of vehicles over the years and have dealt with several different service departments and I can honestly say that this is the worst service that I have received from a dealership.

I wish I had the words to describe the experience I had! Alicia helped me out and it was hands down one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a dealership. I usually dread going but she made it so easy! She had amazing communication throughout the whole process and you have now found yourselves a forever customer because of her! Love the service department. Brad Seeloff is awesome all the way around. Customer satisfaction is a must for Brad! I recommend him all the time when you have problems with your vehicle. Their mechanics are awesome as well very attentive, careful and go above and beyond. Thanks Brad and mechanics

Rob C is amazing. Just bought a pre-owned Cadillac. From the very beginning to the very end was a great experience. Rob went above and beyond for me. Very helpful, kept me updated on everything, and even went out of his way after I brought the vehicle home. Went up there on Monday, to test drive it and brought the car home on Wednesday.Thank you Rob for being so kind, caring, and being a great person.Would definitely recommend Rob C when you need a car❤

The Sales person, Jeff, was exceptionally helpful in meeting our needs to lease two 2023 RAM 1500 Trucks. He went thru the details comparing various down payment/monthly payment plans that could meet our finances comfortably. In addition, he was very accommodating in addressing an issue with one of the vehicles that had some tire & slight wheel damage to see to it the tires were replaced, and the wheel damage repaired.Jeff goes out of his way to see to it customer satisfaction is top priority and customer needs are met fully. I consider Jeff a good friend as well as a great sales professional.

I contacted Ray lathem for the 2022 Jeep Compass trailhawk, that showed 12 miles as mileage on the website. Nick responded and texted me the price. Next day I tried to contact Nick. He never responded. When I called, I spoke with CJ Williams. I sent him the screenshot of the message Nick sent to me. Based on that he gave me a price. I liked the price and reserved the vehicle by making a payment of $500. I was told to obtain insurance with for the vehicle. I did that and provided the proof of insurance. Insurance rep wanted to know the mileage. I asked the same question to the reps at Ray Lathem for next couple of days. I was never informed about the exact mileage. Now comes the day 3. Nick calls me back and renegotiates the price, putting blame on CJ. Whereas Nick was the person who sent me the message with the price. I felt cheated but still decided to move with the deal. I again asked Nick about the mileage and got no answer. I completed the credit check and the formalities required. Next day, when I was about to leave for Detroit, I asked Nick about the mileage again. Here comes the surprise. He tells me that it has 708 miles on it. I felt cheated again. This was a simple information which I had been asking for days. Nick is the kind of who lacks ownership and lacks professionalism. I called Joseph and left a message on his voicemail. While I was enroute, I received call from Joseph Allen. Nick had already breifed him. He was nice and listened to me politely. Finally I reached the dealership and met CJ. While I was completing the paperwork. We told everything to Thomas. Thomas brought CJ to discuss. CJ was super rude and put blame on us and said, "Look I feel that too many chefs got involved". First of all, we did not invited the chefs, and when you are being asked an information. The onus is upon you to provide it and not us. At this poin,t I felt that both Nick and CJ arthe e same and lack professionalism, ownership and manners. All he had to do, was just listen to our grievance, say sorry and move forward with the deal. He was not even able to do that, and as the conversation got heated, we decided that we do not want to talk with this person. We requested Thomas, to ask him to leave so that we can continue with the deal. We went forward and made the purchase.I must highlight here that when a person goes to buy a car, he is kind of excited and happy about it. But instead, people like Nick and CJ spoil the entire experience. Also, it is not always about money and bargaining discount.
