Wow what a beautiful store the customer service is absolutely excellent and I appreciate everybody that helped me out today and if I could give a 10 star I would this is the nicest and cleanest furniture store in the whole entire Metro area I will recommend everybody to the store and I hope everybody reads this and Takes is into Consideration

Most of the furniture is too Low .. Or made with pleather.. I like that set but it's too low for me.. Most osf the dining sets were dark too high like you are in a bar setting or too many chairs ..not choices of colors with their choice...

Unbelievable store!!! Found a bedroom set and living room set and got delivery the next day. Go see the Father and the sons they won’t let you leave without being completely satisfied.

My husband and I,bought a daybed on layaway When the time came to take it out,they didn't have it, when we got it a month later they delivered it and setup the bed it squeak misable the screws were stripped I will never use them again and won't recommend my friends or family to go there

The most upsetting experience I’ve had with any company in a long time. Bought a complete mattress set at the end of March by July the mattress was sunken and sagging with minimal use. Supposedly had a ten year warranty, company won’t give me anything in writing about what’s covered. They harassed me about sending in more photos to show damage after I sent 10 already and I have to pay an extra $100 for delivery. Paco was very rude and when I asked to speak to someone above him he said that he was the manager and no one was above him but the company president and he’s doesn’t care. Would not recommend this place at all!!

Everything was extremely excellent! From the second I opened up the door to the second I left, I loved every moment. I’ve been to many other furniture stores in metro Detroit, and I have never been so amazed in such a good selection. Of merchandise we recently purchased a bedroom set and a living room set for literally only $40 down. My wife and I are so happy with the quality of the furniture we received. We even got delivery the next day. And they set it up for free, including with the delivery which we thought was very nice of them to do. They gave us three months to pay it off with 0% interest. Which is very reasonable and as soon as we pay it off, we will be back for a dining room set. Since they said, once you pay it off your next time coming, your approval will be higher. We loved the service as well that was out of the park incredible I will recommend Robinson Furniture to anyone that ever needs furniture again!

My wife and I bought a dining set from here, and while it was mostly a fair experience, the sales person (Paco) put a $130.00 insurance plan on the bill (which is really high on a 500.00 set) without discussing it with me first. I found that shady, but I caught it and had him remove it before finalizing the payment.The payment plans are really convenient, as long as you stick with the 100 days same as cash, but beyond that you end up paying double what your purchase is worth. (note: with snap, you need to call them the day you receive your furniture and have them switch you to the 100 day plan.)Delivery cost seemed steep at over $100.00 considering our apartment is only a mile away on the same street, but the delivery people were very professional and quick.1 star deducted for not asking me about the insurance before trying to charge me for it, but that's on the salesman and not the store.Edit: Today I found out (while looking at my financing account) that the financing company (snap) is sketchy. They tried to work it so my payments at the end of 77 days would put me a dollar short of the 100 day payoff option and scheduled a final payment of $86.09 on day 107. If I had not caught this, I would end up paying $85.09 extra over a dollar. Keep track of your accounts folks....Or better yet, just find what you need on Amazon...they offer 3 and 5 (same as cash) payment plans on select items without the hassle and B.S. After purchasing this dining set from Robinson, I bought my sofa from Amazon (with free delivery and setup) with 5 payments same as cash....and no, there was no credit check involved.

Robinson's is sketchy to the extreme. They did not explain that the financers they work with are a huge rip off off.....This is a place for people who are short on funds and have really poor credit that are okay paying (at least) double what the furniture is actually worth in the end. The 100 day option (with snap) is the cheapest way out, but even with this you lose. We explained to the salesman (I can't read his name on the receipt but it looks like Paco) that we only wanted to finance for 90 days (100 days by snap standards) When handed the paperwork (after paying the delivery fee and taxes) it stated we needed to call snap and switch to the 100 day option and we would only pay $545 (on for $470 financed)...We were told by the the person at the counter to to wait until the furniture was delivered to call...which we did. Checking my account today, I realized, as it turns out, my day 77 payment will put me $1.00 short of the 100 day payoff. They then had another payment scheduled for $86.09 on day 107. One dollar nearly cost me 85 bucks! In addition to this issue, which I will be calling to rectify, when Paco(?) wrote up the bill, he attempted to add "insurance" without even asking me if I wanted it (I didn't because $130 is too much for a $500 piece of furniture) Edit: In response to Robertson's reply below, nowhere in this review did I claim not to understand the financing. The complaint is that the financing company intentionally or incompetently set up the payments so that they fall $1.00 short of the full pay off amount on day 77 and then tacked on another another $86.09 on day 107 because of it! While I understand that "Scott" would love to manipulate this narrative in favor of the business, gaslighting would not be the proper direction to go in this case.....This would have been a review on "Snap" instead of Robinsons had the salesman not have tried to pull a fast one with the "insurance" when he wrote up the bill. Paco(?) did not even attempt to sell it. Didn't ask if we wanted it. Didn't try to explain the benefits....He simply attempted to sneak it on the bill without a word about it. That's sketchy....and the fact that Scott didn't even attempt to address this issue in his reply tells me that the company condones this kind of behavior. As a former retail manager for a certain office supply chain, I understand fully the profits involved with "actually" selling insurance plans, but in our organization, we required our associates to sell them with honest transparency. I have to wonder times these types of tactics have been employed.

I had a great experience here ..the sales people doesn't hound you but is ready to assist when u r ready.. they have great accent pieces. I bought a light that did not light up when I got it home . THE manager Paco was super helpful and super great. A ray of sunshine. The kind of customer service that should be everywhere

I originally went there to look at furniture not thinking I was going to actually get some but my guy PACO♥️ made sure I was able to get the furniture set that I wanted. He literally went above and beyond for me!!!Seriously!! I will definitely be coming back!! He’s very nice and funny lol :)

Great store and friendly staff ? there isn't a nicer furniture store around the area go see Brendan he will get you in and out within in 25 minutes with low payments thank you Brendan you can tell him and his family care about there business and the customers! We will be returning when we pay our furniture off within the 90 days so it's same as cash FYI he even gave us the furniture for $1 down!!!
