They were able to tow my car after it was stolen and recovered from the police impound. The insurance took forever to pay and they were patient and polite the entire two weeks . I appreciate the accuracy and knowledge to assist me with my claim as well.

I love that I can go to a gas station in my neighborhood, that I can rely on to have someone available to assist me when in need. I had low tire pressure in two tires. this morning on my way to work. The Serviceman filled all my tires, and made sure the right amount of air was in all four tires. This has been my experience through the years. Rude, terrible service. Brought my car in at 8am for a tune up and was told we'll call you at noon, when I called them at 1pm the employee there about to work on your car now no time frame for completion. I called back at 3 and another employee said got nasty with me and said they haven't started yet. I went back at 4 to get my car which had not been worked on. I live around the corner from them and do t even stop to by gas there anymore. If I could give the no stars I would.

I've had practically all the service I've ever had done on my '05 Civic completed here. The rates are fair (~$450 for a timing belt/water pump), and the shop has never tried to pull anything extra on me. For example, I had a bizarre noise in a front wheel when I was turning, and they accurately diagnosed it as a loose hubcap for no charge. Oil changes are a little pricey, but I support them because of the other work they do on my car. Very trustworthy, very good.
