Just moved in to a new building that used this service and had my internet act spotty so I called in to the general customer service line. At first there seemed to be some delays (called on a Thursday and had an anticipated service repair date of Monday). This was really stressful because I work from home but then within a couple hours one of their technicians, Tod, called me directly and was coordinating to get everything fixed asap. He came out the next morning about 2 hrs earlier than expected with a new router box and got right to fixing the problem. Best customer service skills I’ve seen in a long time. I really appreciate that he understood the urgency of getting me back online and was truly doing all he could to fix the problem and make sure everything was running well. Took a photo of the installation to show how cleanly it was done. Highly recommend working with him if you have an outage or need someone who genuinely cares about making sure your technical issues are resolved asap.

I've had Rocket Fiber/Snip Internet for three years now. The download speeds are are great for streaming and downloading large files. I also like that their plans are month to month with no contract. I recently had to move apartments and Snip was able to come out within two business days to install fiber in my new apartment. Todd, the technician that set up internet in my new apartment, is a great guy and he is very good at his job.
2025 Update:
I had a problem with my internet. Todd came through immediately and fixed the problem.

The Zentro support team was super helpful as I was getting my new Zentro WiFi set up! I had some questions during the installation process and they were quick to assist when I gave them a call and arranged for a support member to come help install the internet system. Their support member Todd came early and was very nice, thoroughly answering all my questions and making sure I felt good to go with my new WiFi once he was finished. 5 stars for him!
