I've been going to Swan for the past three years and he and his family do such a great job with keeping you abreast of new tax credits and deduction changes. You can always walk out confidently knowing that your taxes were prepared correctly and that all monies owed to you and the IRS will be reported and dispersed accordingly.

Swan & Associates have been doing my taxes for over 20years(both filing as married & single) they are kind, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. If there is any discrepancies they always will work with you to correct any issues. They have no appointments but as always first come first serve(pull a number tab, sit and wait or give their assistant your number and they'll call you). If you don't like to wait get in EARLY less wait time this way. However you do it this Company will always handle your service with care and professionalism.

Me and my husband have been going to SWANS For over 30 years. Always so professional, polite, courteous, and very reasonably priced. Very impressed always with all of their services. They have always seemed like family to us. If any mistakes are made, which is a rarity., Always fixed promptly. Always a pleasure going to them every year. You can't go wrong using SWANS. I recommend them very highly.

Horrible! An older lady there barely said five words to me the whole process. Very rude. Didnt ask any questions. Didnt care. Cost me way too much and she was a horrible tax preparer. Never went back. Dont use them. You get old lady with glasses, you'll lose money bigtime.

We have been going to this place for over 15 years! They are always polite, kind, efficient, and professional. Their prices are the best I've heard of! Yes it's crazy due to their ticket system....first come first served system. But get there super early before they open, and you won't wait so long :)

Actually no stars i have used swan for over 30 years i have thru out those years recommended several now clients to the business have been a loyal customer I used swan and paid for my services whatever i was charged i am now a senior and a widow i screwed up and filed right before the biden relief was signed which caused chaos for everyone i was told by the young man that done my taxes there at swan if it would be to my advantage i would be contacted it was and I wasn't contacted i tried to amend my taxes they wouldn't do it i am so very disappointed i am currently awaiting the irs to do whatever im just a number like every one else and i guess swan is just a business that doesn't CARE and has no time for those that supported them year after year
