This place is a joke lying workers keep saying no safe places to deliver my packages I’m home all day waiting on my delivery with the door open and no one shows I live in a apartment they’re lazy and don’t want to walk around to my apartment to deliver so they lie and say undeliverable SMH sad

The worse post office on the Westside by far. There is never a clerk & almost never open anymore during regular business hours. The manager standing behind the glass telling everyone no clerk as if he can't help customers how you become the manager to begin with. Worse before covid & now pitiful after covid.

Somebody was on their shift was lazy enough to lie and say they couldn’t deliver my package because of an animal interference when nobody in this neighborhood has an animal. Just say you wanted to end the day and go home. Liar.

They can't print labels or you can't buy a book of stamps. Their excuse...no clerk, but they want to sit behind a protective glass just to tell you that. Why this place is open???

I went to this location to pick up a package and the way the line was ran was very efficient. The line was long but it moved fairly quickly. The employee and her manager who assisted me were very friendly. I live close by so I’ll be going to this location moving forward.

One customer service rep. Manager, who's kinda useless, never helps with long lines. I cringe whenever I have to pick up a package from here because I know I'll be for 30-45min.

slow, slow, slow... Can't understand why it would hurt to at least add one more postal worker at the customer service window in the lobby area. Some of us only have like 15 minutes or half hour lunch to try to mail something important.

Very good customer service the lady at the front is amazing making sure she treats very customer with. Highest level of respect the manger was also very pleasant and helpful he did his best Resolve my issues Great job 7mile ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Waited in the front for five minutes before someone came from the back, then she came out she said the cashier was on break and we had to come back in 45 minutes. Smh that’s ridiculous. Why isn’t it someone else there to work the cash register.

My issue with this Post Office was not resolved. My package was insured and the company is stating that the USPS is STILL lying saying the package was delivered‼️‼️‼️ When in fact the USPS Carrier STOLE my package‼️‼️‼️‼️ Myself and my daughter were home within view of the front porch at the time the USPS Carrier lied and said she delivered this package. She did not leave anything on my porch. I had Amazon packages on the porch that were still there, I know this package was stolen by the USPS Carrier because I SAW her leave nothing but the paper mail. I get many Amazon deliveries almost daily and there have not been packages stolen off my porch. I am very angry that the USPS continues to cover up this lie and I have as a result lost my $100+ dollars‼️‼️‼️‼️I can't do anything about it at this point but I hope the Karma follows every last one of the USPS employees that had any hand in this theft or it's perpetuation whether direct or indirect. I mean that from the bottom of my soul. I did everything I was supposed to do including escalate my complaint with the USPS and having to fear my packages being stolen is a huge problem. I will be sure I tell EVERYONE about this horrible experience and the USPS' lack of professionalism disciplining the USPS carrier in my community.

Haven't gotten mail in over 2 weeks n each week they will do a day then we won't get any mail for bout another 2 weeks it's been happening ever sense our regular mail lady went on leave n not to my they will do Greenfield to to when it time to go home which is 8 so they will wait til like 6 7 lastest is 7:30 then 8 they're off work I tried calling into the post office to complain bout the situation the general manager picked up the phone n said that she have been on the route everyday but how in they stay running late. How y'all know if anyone is looking for important docs like come on n then wen the mailan do comes they love yo trash our mail run soooo sick of DETROIT ITS NT EVEN FUNNY NO MORE FRFR
