Just lost a TWELVE year customer today! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I desperately miss the previous owners. I will NEVER return.Response to owner: Your clerk gave me an incorrect item. I TRUSTED you all (the morning & afternoon staff definitely knows me. But not the man who serviced me) & didn't notice myself until I opened the product. Perhaps the clerk misheard me idk. I immediately brought it back (opened but not consumed). In GOOD FAITH for YOUR EMPLOYEES MISTAKE you could have replaced the incorrect item with the correct one. I understand this is business however I work in hospitality & customer service, you didn't handle that well. All the money I've spent there over the years (includes since the new owners took over as well) I doordashed often with this establishment too. Didn't make sense to lose a faithful/loyal customer ?
