Rude customer service, the dark skin lady is rude and spiteful, she think doing other tasks is more important than assisting customers. I think she the manager.

Was very shocked to learn that I couldn't ship a pie to my nephews using ups. Things really do change. Online it said that I could. Only if you send next day the store agent said. Who can afford that price? Well I had to send it via postal service. So very disappointed.

I've done several Amazon drop offs and it's been mostly seamless. The level of assistance to customers depends on who is working but they all work on getting people in and out quickly. There's a kiosk for self service at the back.

"Ms. Vee", if you don't want to work, please keep your nastiness and rudeness at home. Upon entry, I received no greeting , coupled with an excessively long wait and NO communication during my transaction, at all! I was unable to complete my 2nd transaction and of course "Ms.Vee" just rolled her eyes , no explanation or assistance provided. Another customer witnessed her nastiness and helped explain the steps needed before processing. I find it VERY unsettling to consistently receive such poor customer service from "our" people ..in "our" community ! This cannot be the norm...We must do better & hold one another accountable! I shouldn't have to drive outside Detroit for "good customer service."!!! Irregardless of race, creed or socioeconomic conditions.. Respect where I spend my money is a MUST!!! ***I hope the supervisor of UPS followed up, as she promised to do**

I called the UPS store in morning to inquire about their notary services, and they confirmed their availability. Upon arriving at the store, I was told that the notary is right next door and would be available shortly. Despite waiting for over 20 minutes, nobody showed up. It was frustrating to have my time wasted, and it would have been preferable if I had been informed beforehand that there was nobody available to provide notary services. It was a disappointing experience.

This store just makes up their own prices. Went there to get 10 papers printed that I emailed to them and was charged $11.00 but only .35 cent to make a copy. Never have I been charged that much but trust it will be the last time, rather go to a corporate store!

Lady assisted me beyond measure when I was trying to return company equipment, took her time with me and assisted with the confusing software return label the company had provided. So glad she was understanding.

Just came in there a little after 11am today there's a line to the door. I have to return some stuff to Amazon I'm on my way to work the young lady working answer her personal cell phone walks to the back while she have a line of people to the door and begin talking about tickets, an air bnb and her dealing with a dude that had a girlfriend. Like really I don't wanna hear that I have to be to work. I walked out because that's so unprofessional. She was a lite skin chic with lite brown hair and glasses. Even during her conversation she says she's the only one in the store and she doesn't get off until 7pm but continue her conversation like lady seriously.
