The UPS Store in Detroit is locally owned and operated. It offers expert packing, shipping, printing, document finishing, a mailbox, notary, shredding, and faxing. The team at this downtown location works really hard and goes above and beyond. They are efficient, kind, super accommodating, attentive, and fast. The general atmosphere in the store is positive and willing to help. The crew is very kind, even when busy, and demonstrates great kindness, patience, and hustle. They handle tasks seamlessly and are awesome to deal with. This store in the heart of the city, near the Windsor Tunnel, deserves all the praise it gets.

Great location for Detroit downtown returns, amazon returns, or if you want to send or receive mail. Only reason why I gave it four stars, because the parking is very tricky

The manager was actually closing up but he let me in to make a last minute copy of a document I needed. He didn’t have to do that & most places wouldn’t have. Excellent customer service
