Fred was very forthcoming with the vehicle's background (it was a theft recovery), gave us the carfax, and explained to us the implications that the vehicle would be recognized as a salvage. Once we looked at the car and took a test drive, we immediately made up our minds that the Mazda was in great condition, the price was fair and that we wanted it. “I purchased a pacifica from Ahmed as of 9/26/24. Let me start off by saying I have been looking all over for a reasonable priced vehicle. I live in the Upper Penisula of Michigan, I drove 5 and a half hours to International Auto Sales. Personally, I am not a huge fan of used car salesmen. But Ahmed helped me to change my personal experience by the way he handled our transaction. As I was looking over the minivan on Wednesday, he walked over and gave me a water. He told me a little about the van, and then he went about his business. I too I it on a test drive, no issues at all. I call my bank to get the paperwork going but my bank dropped the ball on processing the information. While I was there waiting Ahmed told me I can put the van up on the lift and inspection the undercarriage. I did, and we saw the axle boot hose clamp came off and flung grease all over. He had his mechanic address the issues while I was there. It got late and he even bought me dinner. I was there most of the day till about 545pm. The next day I came back to finished up the paperwork, I had asked about a second key. He was able to connect me with someone to get any extra key. We even went to the DMV that day to completely finish everything, he didn't want me to travel all the way back home worried I would get pulled over. While headed to the DMV the check engine light came on, and of course my skepticism kicked in and I couldn't as soon as the paperwork was all wrapped up this happen. But I told Ahmed about it, he told to stop by his shop when I leave the DMV. Long story short the Affer market GPS and the wiring for the old after market stereo system was causing issues. He had his guys fix it and, his mechanic that came to investigate found the horn didn't work. I didn't even know it didn't work( i didn't even think to test it). He told me he didn't want to have his reputation ruined by what happened they made it right. And I am REALLY grateful for Ahmed and International Auto Sales team. He was open and honest with me, i didn't feel at all as if he was trying to hide anything from me. If you are looking for a used car, I would strongly recommend International Auto Sales.”
