This place is a joke. I showed up at 12:15PM to send a couple packages after driving here on my work lunch break.
The door was locked and hand written sign said “CLOSED FOR LUNCH BREAK UNTIL 1:30”. That’s illegal, federal buildings and US Post Offices don’t shut down for “lunch break” at all. And they were closed for almost 90 minutes?! I heard the staff in back laughing and talking and refusing to do their jobs.
What a joke.

Just left this post office and if I could give it a zero star I would, if you don't like your job then don't come to work. You can't asked a question without an attitude, maybe they should close this office as well.

Worst post office experience ever in the history of me being alive. These disrespectful postal workers mark delivered but don't deliver until I call and complain. Then Lie and say there's incorrect information on my address. I contacted the better bbb and filed a complaint and also the Postal service Master. I run a business and these postal workers held my merchandise and delayed my sales. This has been on going.

Moved in October of 24 and it feb. 25 still not receiving mail . The staff is so rude and have very very nasty attitudes. I’ve left my name and number twice for a supervisor to call me back and no response

I didn’t believe half of the bad reviews until it happened to me. I’ve been coming to this location for about two years now it’s the closest location to me but now I can no longer do it. I got overcharged for no reason. I don’t know the woman’s name but I’m pretty sure she recognizes me as I come to this location all the time to drop off my packages that I sell. But this is the second time where she’s tried to charge me money for items that I know don’t cost anything to ship because the labels are always prepaid I sell on Poshmark, Depop and I was selling on eBay and the labels have never cost anything.
The first experience happened to my mother when she went to the post office for me because I was sick at the time and to my surprise she brought my packages back because the light skinned woman at the counter told her that my two packages would cost $19! Like girl what are you talking about?
Luckily my mother knows that I’ve never payed for my items and she told her to give them back. I was a little drawn back but I didn’t think too much of it until I went in this time. I had to drop off two packages from Poshmark and the exact same woman I’ve dealt with multiple times asked me
“Is this the right label? It doesn’t feel right I think this cost to ship it ground advantage I’ll have to charge you for it. It’ll be $11.12….🤨”
First off you’re asking me if this is the right label? You work at the post office I’m sure you know more than me!
So I told her “No ma’am that’s not right I’ve never paid with these packages they’re all prepaid labels. You’re only suppose to focus on the label attached to the box nothing else.
I mean I don’t think she had short term memory lost & forgot who I was over a week, even though you see so many people while working I come here all the time.
So about a week goes by and my packages get delivered, but I received an email later on the same day saying that my package price had to be adjusted because I used the wrong label and my credit card was charged!
Let me tell you something I have been selling on online platforms for about 12+ years now and I know how this works!
Poshmark packages get shipped in Priority mail boxes, eBay is ground advantage (plain brown boxes) & so is depop.
I know what labels go where & I honestly believes she’s trying to get over on people who aren’t familiar with shipping & pocketing the money for herself!
I don't appreciate trying to be scammed and I believe 100% that’s what’s going on at this location.
Not to mention they really don’t have the best attitudes! The women are either dead to the world, yapping about nothing, or getting into arguments with customers & calling them out their name.
I swear a few years back there was an older gentleman who was very kind & understanding and he ran this location nice and smooth! I guess he must’ve retired because after he left it’s been down hill ever since!
Don’t waste your time coming here they’re stealing!
I’ll still be contacting customer service & letting them know what’s going on at this location. You better check your employees pockets USPS! 😡

They always lock their doors 15-20 minutes before their posted closing time even when no one’s in line, wasted me multiple trips. Don’t understand why they don’t just close at 4:00; 4:30 is a straight up lie.

Normally the ladies at this location are helpful and nice, however the last few times they've been curt or straight up rude. Usually understaffed so expect to wait.
Have mailed out the exact same envelope for under $2, this time she charges it as a package and says if I want to mail it as an envelope I should go to another location.
I also don't know why they bother putting up signs about what stamps they have if they're going to be rude when you ask about them. It's currently Year of the Dragon, and those stamps came out mid Jan, and they want to argue and say those haven't been available for years and then say BYE.
Save yourself the grief and go a few extra minutes to Fort Street.

Showed up at 1:10 pm and they lock the door and say they are going for lunch for 1 hour. There are no lunch hours posted.
