I was asking for a passport paper to get a passport and the Post lady was rude she told me are you sure you don't want it in Spanish and two people were back there getting boxes that they did not work there if you're Mexican or Spanish or Latino is better if you don't go

I came to the post office with a court order, but the clerk and their manager told me they were not responsible for address verification for privacy policy. However, this is an official document issued by the court. When I went back to the court, they informed me that address verification is the post office’s responsibility and advised me to return to the post office and ask them to call the court if needed.
When I returned to the post office, a new manager was there. He said he would accept the court order and respond to it accordingly.
My concern now is whether the post office staff — including the previous clerk and manager — are fully aware of their responsibilities in such matters. Are they properly trained and informed about handling court-ordered address verifications?

It’s currently 8:20am on a Monday morning. Mind you they open at 8am Mon-Friday. There’s about 3 other families waiting for this place to open, we’re all just standing outside. We shouldn’t be waiting this long out here. If I could give it less than a star I would.

lady was so rude and unprofessional. i went to renew my passport, and she said “there’s no such thing as renewing it, and you need to make an appointment in this website”. i was about to go home, and i decided i might as well make the appointment there, and in the website it said i could renew it without an appointment, so i showed her, she stayed quiet, and began helping me with an attitude.
