Absolutely hate coming to this post office. Somehow everytime I’m in there, the one singular clerk they have working for the day is “on break”. They’re so unprofessional & rude, I’ve left there in tears on multiple occasions (I’m very pregnant, don’t come for me).

I can't speak for everyone else, but my 14 envelopes of paperwork was received by the company very fast. Mailed everything 2 months ago, and called them 2 days ago about the paperwork. The young black woman that was at the front was very nice, kind, and assisted me very well with no problem at all. Now, last year I did come to this same post office to mail in paperwork and the company was never receiving anything and not sure why. But, I've also experienced this situation at other different locations in Detroit/Michigan period!! I've decided to give this location another shot, and everything did workout well with no complaints.

Within the last year I lost 7 important mail that never arrived. The last was 5/23/2025. I can't go through vital mail with this institution, They very unreliable and careless. Your leadership needs to change. I would have to rate it a negative 10

I went up to the post office to show I believe the supervisor a video of the carrier stealing my packages I was told well he’s been working here several years so he won’t steal nothing that is your regular mail carrier and I said well ma’am, my camera is showing me him taking my packages still was defending him so I went over her and reported it. It’s a shame that you can’t even get your package delivered through the Postal Service because they got thieves working for them and they defended them. That is terrible.

This post office never opens on time. The girl that works the front counter is amazing but management open the door late on a regular basis. It is very sickening. Ppl like to come b4 work.

Terrible service. I walked in and there was no one at the front desk I ring the bell like 3x and the worker ignored me and never came to front, I ring the bell again and still I hear movement but never came to front very unprofessional and a big inconvenience

This post office is full of thief the postal carriers is thief and trash and the police should investigate them and the post office should be shut down and that's why people are leaving the city never use the detroit post office to receive anything there crooks

VISITED THIS LOCATION, BECAUSE I NEEDED TO MAIL DOCUMENTS TO LAS VEGAS. I ALSO NEEDED AN ENVELOPE. GOT THE ENVELOPE AND GOT THE DOCUMENTS MAILED. THE WHOLE THING NEEDED TO BE WEIGHTED. MY DOCUMENTS ARE HEADED TO LAS VEGAS.

Never get through to check my packages where abouts customer service inside location suck they talk crazy to people I had several packages stuck at this place and went through a lot to retrieve them even with my name on them I was told they couldn’t be delivered to my mom house the address had to match my identification and she couldn’t pick them up even when the special note on my packages state if I’m not home she can sign off she own her home and have cameras all around we both have the same last name and she has proper identification it’s just a headache honestly with getting packages not mail

It is by far the worst post office,I go a straight week with no delivery and then the will come and deliver a single mail piece and not all your mail and then tell you your mail is up to date but it show in your informed delivery but won't receive it

Post office opens up at 8 but there is no clerk at the front desk they don't come until 10 so now I have to sit here for 45 minutes until someone comes to pay my PO box
