I had a very unpleasant experience with a very rude employee at this post office. I handed her my documents and explained that I needed to send them to USCIS. I also clearly told her that I cannot read English well and asked for help. Instead of assisting me, she told me to just sign and click “Yes or No” without any explanation.
I tried to clarify that I didn’t understand what was written and asked for help choosing the correct option, but she completely ignored me and handed me the papers back like it was a package. When I raised my voice and told her again that I couldn’t read English and needed guidance, she still refused to help.
She was extremely disrespectful and dismissive. No one should be treated like this, especially when asking for help with important government documents. Very disappointing experience.

It's a shame how often I have someone else's mail. 2 days in a row I had someone else's mail. After flagging down the mailman again to let him know how often this happens, including packages saying delivered that I didn't receive at times. He told me he don't work for them, call them. Yet, he put the mail in the wrong box, and placed a package directly in front of the door, which is irritating. He's not our regular mailman. It has happened with the regulars too. Can never speak to anyone when I call the post office. I've made complaints about packages that I never received, but say delivered, while I watched the mailman go past the house without stopping. Could not get refunded. Had to reorder things. Not okay!

This location. Everybody need to be fired !! I am so tired of the LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE and the quality of the employees.. I know the doors close at 5pm !! That’s clear !! However if I am in that door @4:55 i expect to be serviced! With that being said!!! I was in the doors at 4:55 and the ladies working were not at the front !!!!!!! Waiting on the customers!!!! They were talking loud as ever …. The 3 people waiting in the lobby waited until 5pm for the lady with the NASTIEST of attitudes to come out the back to say “what’s not done today won’t get done” we looking around confused because why haven’t we. Even waited on but the employees in the back running the clock down!!!! Terrible service …. Please hire quality people . With good customer service …..

I'd rather travel a little further than to go to this location. It's never open on time and the customer service reps are always rude & impatient. If it's not a snappy male it's a woman with too much attitude. It's frustrating and they should be more mindful or work somewhere they actually want to be.

My experience today and everytime I go to this location at the 7mile and mound location in Detroit ,michigan, is always the same. They customer service clerks sucks they very rude and dismissive. An I'm talking about the men and the women I have encountered when I do go to this location.They always have a attitude when serving u.My thing is they do they job and I appreciate that but when u come to work and work in customer service bring your greeting attitude to work not the one u have because you don't want to be there and u mad at the world.I don't understand why they have a attitude when u chose the job the job didn't choose u.I pray they get it together at that location because if I wasn't assigned to it because of the area I live in I wouldn't ever step foot in there ever again and thats facts...

The rep assisting me today was Victoria m. Very rude and unprofessional. I spoke hello then repeated myself and she then proceeded to ignore me. Yes she did her job but she was very unpleasant to deal with and unprofessional. Please follow up.

It's not the post office building it's what they did or didn't do .They put a fill a bag for a food drive or what ever and I filled the bag like they asked but the ( MAIL MAN) REFUSES TO PICK IT UP.
