USPS is a complete and utter disaster, a waste of taxpayer funds, and complete lack of competence and efficiency. Im done playing tag with multiple post to try and find my packages that were never attempted to be delivered in the first place. Don't say you left a notice if you never showed up in the first place.
Oh, and BTW apparently someone(s) is opening people's mail and taking documents and paperwork with your private information on it. Just thought I'd let everyone know.

Wish I could give it negative 5 stars just moved over here and seem like the mail carrier can’t drop mail off I’ve had to pick my own packages up because they swear it’s to heavy I work for Amazon we pick up 50lbs everyday it’s not hard these are lazy workers and the inside people isn’t any help shut it down or get better staff

I've been at my address Beaconsfield for over a year I have not received any of my mail I have important information from DHS my state id haven't been delivered this thrid I'd I apply for they also give me people other mail has not been at that residence over a year my daughter also missing important information from her doctors and social security

Our block of Balfour Rd did NOT receive their mail yesterday (July 18, 2025) We had 6 pieces of mail & several of those pieces of mail were extremely time sensitive. I just have to hope that they get delivered today (July 19, 2025). If not, there will be a lot of phone calls.
UPDATE: At 1:11 PM, mail still has not arrived.

They must be understaffed because packages are consistently not delivered and delayed whenever they reach this destination. Anytime I have a package delivered to one of my homes in the suburbs. I never run into these issues. Can you guys please get it together over there? The residence of the area are suffering! We’re not asking for much. Just do your job or don’t and quit.

Terrible service and when you go to the office they are lazy don’t want to go get your mail is no help at all I haven’t seen a mail in a week I go to the office and they tell me I don’t have mail when I know I should have mail delivered

It's says they open at 8am it's 8:20 and they're still not open. At this point just close it or get a reliable staff... just terrible..

The way this office is ran is terrible. I don’t believe that there has been a time that I’ve had packages that should have been delivered that there has not been a problem. Once I had a package that they scanned as delivered. They argued me up and down that it was delivered. Didn’t get it until 3 days later. Recently I had a package that they claim was delivered. I never received it. Ran my ring camera back. It was never delivered. Terrible customer service….

Please replace flag, that's been hanging by a thread, or something. I'm a Veteran and I have a bigger one if you want it. It's been like that Too long for anyone to keep looking at it. Take a picture before you fix it and tell me, it's just hanging by one loop.

Just came to this location at 8:04 am but they were closed, the hours on the doors and website says 8:00-5:00, lobby was open but the doors to get in for customer service window was closed I waited till 8:11am then went back in doors were still locked so I called inside and asked what time they open and person on the phone tells me that they normally open at 8:00 but today they will not be open until 9:30 am. This location has been a problem for years now! from missing mail that was never recovered to missing packages to paying for a package to be delivered but then having to go to post office to pick it up for unknown reasons just one thing after another the mail lady was constantly delivering wrong mail to our address every other day then my neighbor found my mail dropped on his porch and brought it over to me smh the mail lady we had was always delivering mail while talking on the phone daily she had been on my ring camera talking while delivering mail this is the reason we were getting wrong mail ever other day and mail being dropped on neighbors porch this was in past few months haven't seen her lately however usps needs to do better. First time I've written a review enough is enough!!!
