Ever since my normal mail person retired. I’ve had so many packages marked delivered but not delivered. I’m so sick of it I’ve wasted so much money on items I never got. At this point I think they stealing them and they take 4 months to give you what’s owed to you. I’m honestly tired of it it’

My mail is ALWAYS behind. Anytime there’s something of importance, I see it in informed delivery for the day and it never comes. I’m beyond frustrated.

I arrived at 12:25 PM on a Friday and when I spoke to the clerks about shipping a package I was told that they were on lunch until 1:40 PM or were unable to assist me. No one in the entire building available to assist me because they were on lunch Despite this not being stated in the business hours.

To sit in line for 30 min then get told that the person that’s supposed to handle customers up front is on break and to come back in 45 min or go to another location is ridiculous asf. They wonder why customers be so irritated

They need to be closed down reopened under new staffing i'm coming here at 12.45pm to drop my mall , they said we are close for lunch we'll be back at 1.45pm so for this one hour thay accepting nothing all the people walk in and out with nothing

They need to be closed down & reopened under new staffing & new delivery drivers are needed for 48228. Mail theft cases , investigations, warrants will be issued. How does mail that’s scanned under informed delivery never make it to a home ? Why lie about having my mail after a mail transfer & why return peoples mail big back ????

My boyfriend had shoes that were supposed to get delivered by them, however I stayed aware so I wouldn’t miss the drop off but the time kept changing and then they switched it to were it’ll have to be picked up(he didn’t request that option) I went in they told me rudely I wouldn’t be able to get the package because my address on my ID is not the same as the shipping address…ok cool.. the next day my boyfriend tried to go retrieve the shoes he ordered & somehow they can not be found! So now a refund has to be issued but the shoes were sold out so we can not get them again!! This location seems to be known for losing packages and today was the first day we’ve witnessed it. HR needs to fix the issue and staff ASAP or just close.

This post office is really bad. Delivery drivers are lazy. You will not get any packages from them if you live in complex. If it don't fit in your mail box. You will not get it. They screwed up a lot for me. Thanks. Redeliver came three days later in the middle of the night at 333 am. Now I have to go to this location to pick up animals that will be dead by the time I get there due to business hrs and my work hrs don't work. All because they wobt leave my package at the porche. It's because I live in the hood. So we can't get deliveries from this place in the hood. I promise thats the reason why. Very bad place and I can't say enought... Edit. Do use all a favor and shut this place down.... I go in today March 7th. He refused to give me my packages due to the fact my id is not MI. But I had all the evidence that I live at my address. That the packages belonged to me. He saw my ID. Billing address machetes on my Amazon account. I had to step back in line in order to speak to a manager. I wasn't waiting another 30 min for him to help one person. Soo I'm putting out compliance. They are keeping my mail from me. And one out of four packages has live animals. I call as I was told. She had an attitude. I explained to her the Common sense behind all this. Then she hung up the phone on me. Fake customer service email. She typed " please give is a call" leave my package on the porch as I requested on the redeliver request I sent to the USPS. Leave me my mail and I'll delete my review. There are plenty of other warnings on your reviews anyways. White Crime....March 9. After my last visit. They allow me to request another redelivery. They fail to deliver my mail again. Headquarters checked up on my case. And Amazon handled everything on their side. I'll never use this service in Detroit ever again. They don't care at all at this location and the post office has favoritism. They only delivered to friends and family. In Detroit. Anything goes they say out here.
