Definitely about to file a complaint against this post office They rude and disrespectful, and don’t care about the customers at All every last employee up there even the supervisor need to be fired and replaced by new people so if you come up there, make sure you have an attitude to Match the energy they give out.

Somehow can't get in touch with office. The lady won't release my package to my family at the same residence. The redelivery won't work on the website and for some reason this is like the tenth package the postman won't deliver. I can't even resolve this over the phone and I'm out of town past the return date. Its like this whole office is singlehandedly trying to make my mail delivery the most horrible experience. This has happened multiple times and there's no resolve to this.

Seems I’m going to have to walk inside since it’s hard to get someone to answer the phone and when they do they put you on hold. I have serval missing packages and they never called me back after making a complaint about them saying delivered but no packages were “delivered” they the lady tells me they will be delivered on Tuesday the day I called…nothing… called yesterday again Wednesday the lady said she will call me back after being on the phone so long …still haven’t gotten that phone call. Where are my packages ? Are you guys going to deliver future packages because they’ve already been ordered .
I’m on the phone right now waiting for someone to come back to the line after saying “one moment” uno momento? And I been holding for 26 minutes … they are so unprofessional it’s ridiculous.

Definitely about to file a complaint against this post office with the BBB. Informed delivery is delivered when they want to deliver. Everything is broken about the USPS in Detroit. When I stayed in the suburbs I didn’t have any issues with USPS. Moving to this city is a complete downgrade when it comes to public service and other important agencies. This post office needs to be closed. I should not have to order a chime card 3 times. Chime tells me the card was supposed to be received a week ago. The post office states “ well maybe someone stole it out your mailbox” lol. Knock it off… on my tax refund I got a check. I did not receive the check until 4.5 weeks after the IRS mailed it despite it showing in my informed delivery 4 weeks prior to receiving. Random mail is not being delivered at all to my address. The post office is now claiming that I did not update my Farmington Hills address from when I moved in January 2025. But my address was successfully updated and I have been receiving mail at this address whenever you guys decide to deliver it… so stop lying

MAD SHOUT OUT TO MY GIRLS AT THE 8TRIPLE7!
Seriously though, you helped me with smiles when my hands were shaking knowing the weight (heh) of what I was sending across the country not one once, but all three times. I owe you a huge thank you and you guys deserve the biggest gold medal for helping being the bridge to the past, which is proof to show the post office is reliable, much like the days of the pony express and transcontinental railway.
You deserve all the love you're about to get.

I am so mad right now, I Ordered Wii Wheel From eBay, Today, though The Package came on Jan 23, But They Forgot, when I check it say No Access to Delivery Location, This USPS Think My House Apartment, I Don't Live in Apartment, and I am show to photo you see, I am say. This place is a joke for I use to not get mail and I have even keep my sidewalk shovel for they where 2 different packages for some reason temu sent my order for there was only 2 things in this order for my mail man is good at doing his job for I can't say for the rest of them the ones that worked in the mail room are rude and a waste of my time for I called them and they are so slow for my package is there and let's be more slower like you people are I'm seeing it still in the network and they are just as bad as they use to be for about 7 years ago they would have sent my mail to a different address for I have called and complained about this matter for whatever reason why 2 of my order is saying that they are going to send it to my address for they yet haven't done so for I think these people are stealing people order for go on the website and order your own shit and for

This office needs to be iinvestigated and shut down asap!! People need their mail they don’t take people mail not being delivered serious??? Terrible o tired of my daughter calling me complaining about this post office not delivering her mail . Not receiving many thing when it’s being scanned and she is being notified when her mail is being sent.
Y’all need to give these people answers and do something about what is happening to mail, packages ..this is unacceptable
