i need to leave another review. I just moved to Detroit and I can’t believe how awful USPS IS HERE. this is my second review— why don’t they respect your packages?? Today i got an amazon notification saying USPS tried to deliver my package but my mailbox was full. The package is a DESK. The USPS site said they left a notice— they did not. Can’t call to talk to anyone, website doesn’t even work to reschedule the package.
I WILL LITERALLY PAY EXTRA TO NOT HAVE MY PACKAGE SENT VIA USPS IN DETROIT.
They’re probably going to send my package back tomorrow like they did last time…..way before they say they’ll send it back. package just lost in the world somewhere. thanks a lot.

Every time I have a package that’s “being delivered” by USPS it always fails, the first time I talked to my mail carrier and she said it was too heavy and didn’t even try, fair. But when I contacted her supervisor and went into the office they told me different things and I ended up having to cancel the order cause nothing was resolved. Again today I had a package “fail to deliver” but again nobody rang my bell I’m sure they didn’t even try again (it is a small package that has a hat and glasses for a costume)this place just lazy and unorganized

Do your mail carriers know how to read? Several times I have gotten the neighbors mail and not mine. When you guys hire people do you make them read out loud? I’m convinced you guys just hire anybody— I’ll be calling the 1800 number or reporting this to the post master this is ridiculous happens at least once a week.

Highly recommended as a case study for terrible customer management. Staff are impolite, unmotivated, and trying to put most of the burden on the customer. And they do that consistently.
If you want decent service, have questions, want more than just dropping off a pre-labeled package or generally like friendly humans, go downtown.
No loss when this branch gets replaced by a bunch of self service machines and robots.

Very unprofessional. I gave a yellow :-l as feedback and was promptly called out by both clerks. What is the purpose of feedback if your employees are going to be confrontational when you actually give feedback?

Worst post office in the whole area. Refuses to give receipts and never held accountable for lost packages. Managers do not care about their job.

I dropped a letter of at the post office at the inside sky and it took over 3 weeks to be delivered to Parkland, Florida. Unbelievable 😵💫

My experience with an aggressive woman behind the counter led to the police being called and a report made against her. I was informed by enforcement to call the police again if she continues this behavior in the future. I’m not aware if she was under the influence, had mental health issues, or just unable to communicate with others, but that behavior was purely outrageous and I am still left wondering how such an individual was ever offered a position at a federal agency.

The staff here are consistently unprofessional and difficult to deal with. They are loud, confrontational, and lack basic communication skills. Conversations are incomprehensible at times, and they present themselves in an unkempt, careless manner. The overall impression is of an untrained and uneducated workforce with no regard for courtesy or professionalism. I would not recommend this location to anyone seeking competent or respectful service.

Unprofessional and inconvenient. The carrier skipped delivering my Social Security card, made no attempt to speak with the front desk, and simply left a slip—even though I was in the building. This post office is only open on weekdays with short hours, so I couldn’t pick it up, and they returned it without notifying me. Completely unacceptable for such an important document.

Most unprofessional operation I've ever witnessed from a so called government entity. They take absolutely no accountability and have no recourse or plan to fix the ongoing issues. How do they scan your mail and tell you what is getting delivered and still not deliver it?? Weeks later at that? I am missing checks, death certificates and all kinds of items that I have informed delivery emails to back up the mail was scanned in. Yet never received the items. The attitudes and smart responses you receive from the employees is insane as well. If any sector should have been shut down or overhauled by this current administration it should be the USPS. PERIOD.
