Got my package on time, but they falsely marked it as delivered a day or two before it was actually delivered. This caused so much unnecessary confusion , and I wasted gas and time coming up here before I got my package, because I was confused on where it could be.

I'm here for a business trip and it requires me to pick mail in our assigned PO box to this Post Office location. The lady that works at the counter is just incompetent and lazy, she should be working in the back sorting instead of giving customer service which she lacks big time.

The first clerk was rude. She tried to tell me they couldn't refund me my money before even hearing my full request or service type. and then said ok, She could. Then turned around and told me she couldn't under circumstances I've never once heard of.... But I can understand that..... however, when discussing a matter with a separate clerk, she butted in in a rude way, attempting to be condescending. I will NEVER come back here if I don't have to. I was one of the first customers they have received for the day, so I can't even extend the grace of her having had to deal with too many bad customers today. She was rude from the moment I first spoke to her. Even the other customers were looking, siging, and even gasping in shock when I was nothing but respectful to her. Im only giving it 2 stars because the second clerk handled my business exceptionally. I am so glad this is not in my neighborhood!

i have dogs behind an eight ft gate in a fenced yard where carrier has lied stating my dogs were out or on porch so no delivery, and now my neighbor tells me the carrier. (on phone) states I am not going to be bothered today and kept walking as opposed to leaving my mail. I am constantly getting others mail. I have come down the hall and my dog was barking & I heard the carrier stating that's why I don't be coming where the door is open. Maybe you need a different profession Our tax $s pay for your service or lack there of, and you want to raise the price of stamps again....I VOTE NO=

Incompetent, lazy, dumb. It's where brain cells go to die. Rude service. They screw up change of address requests. It took over 3 months for my change of address to be processed by these mental midgets. Filled with mental midgets.

Worst post office I ever went to. I been waiting on my package for a whole already. It was sent to the wrong address. They said they were going to call me for an update never did. Still didn’t receive my package. I’m done. This place needs to be shut down.

Haven't received all my mail in over 2 weeks people calling me wondering why I'm not responding and I haven't received the mail to respond beyond annoying I'm disabled and this means I'll have to go up there major inconvenience!!!!

What’s the point of signing up for informed delivery if mail is not being delivered when it’s supposed to. I haven’t received Wednesday mail but got mail from Thursday (Wednesday mail was not included in this) and no mail today even though informed delivery says I was getting mail today. This is ridiculous

I drive over an 1 hour to this post office every Saturday because of the convenient closing time which 8pm. On this particular day, I walked in later than normal. The time was 7:53pm and to my surprise Dwight was closing the doors. He proceeded to tell me to hurry up and I stated I was walking as fast as I can and I also informed him I had just suffered a knee injury. Then he rudely said "naw I mean you need to get here at 7pm". I can see if I was causing an inconvenience, but my packages are already prepaid and I'm in and out. How about you not close the doors at 7:53pm when there is no line and the closing time is 8pm. I can't wait for him to help me so I can take a survey on his rudeness.

Worst post office I’ve ever dealt with. They lost a very important piece of certified mail that I sent. Nothing is being done. Every single time they told me they would call me back they didn’t, It’s impossible to get ahold of anybody there. I had to blow them up 8 times back to back to get somebody to pick up the phone. This post office should be shut down and all employees fired. I will be using FedEx and UPS from now on.

I purchased a PO Box from 60 E Milwaukee St, Detroit, MI 48202 on December 7th, 2021. The post office gave me a broken PO Box (lock was broken off) promising that it would be fixed within the week. I have no idea as to how the lock was broken. All I know is that I was on the waiting list for a PO Box, I received a notification that one was available, and they've willingly sold a broken PO box to me and I've been calling every week since then to see if it's been fixed. It still has not been handled as of today, February 22nd, 2022.USPS will attempt to charge my card again on February 25th, 2022 for the service.I attempted to speak to the manager(s) about either refunding me for not being able to use my PO Box the entire time or giving me another 3 months for the inconvenience, but no one has followed back up with me about that. No one has been answering their phones when I call. No one is addressing it directly when I come to the post office in person.I haven't had mail sent to the PO Box for this specific reason because the issue has never been addressed. I've called before arranging to have a package sent to make sure everything was handled but it never was fixed. I didn't want to have my mail open and accessible for anyone to get to.This is a completely frustrating experience, and to know that I've spent $125 for a PO Box that's been broken into for 3 months and easily accessible; none of the staff has been following through, yet they're still trying to charge my card and the box hasn't even been fixed. It's been months of empty promises.

The USPS is the biggest waste of taxpayer funds and this location takes the cake. What terrible service. They refused to deliver my package and never notified me. I only found out I needed to pick my package up because I checked my Amazon account after it said my package had been delivered days prior. I came to this location and they refused to release my package until I provided a piece of mail with the address on it, because my license address is different (being that I just moved from DC two weeks ago)
