I give the service and talent in this location an A. The only downside is that the parking is about a block away, but it is still pretty close by.I'm grateful for a location right downtown.

I came into Verizon because my SIM card had stopped working suddenly, and Evan spent two hours with me, working with the customer service representatives on the phone to help resolve all my issues and set up a new SIM card. He did this out of the kindness of his heart and without him, the process would’ve been much more confusing and difficult. He’s extremely knowledgable in this industry and is a very personable guy. He truly made my day by staying by my side to fix my SIM card and I would highly recommend going to Evan for any future phone needs!

They sold me an expensive screen protector and a phone case that cost me nearly $50 and now the gold is peeled off of it entirely. The very first time my phone fell my screen cracked along with the screen protector. Now I have to have my whole screen replaced.They are not knowledgeable about their products. They just try to sell you anything. If I had of known what I know now I would’ve just ordered some screen protectors off of Amazon like I’ve been doing and they would’ve been way cheaper and lasted a whole lot longer. The cheap/expensive phone case they sold me has all the gold peeled off of it now The only thing Verizon will ever get out of me is my bill money and that’s it. And when I’m done pay my phone off, I’m going to another phone company.I wish I could give them -2 stars because that’s what they deserve

The Manager, Chris, was very patient and helpful with me while discussing a complicated phone situation. He helped me come up with a potential solution, even though he didn't personally make a sale. Would recommend this store.

Convenient. If you need Verizon support because you live downtown and have them as a service provider, this store is super convenient. However on the day we were in it was quite popular and we had a bit of a wait. They really need to combine these places with a cafe or pharmacy or something so I can do something else while I’m waiting!! I think my favorite thing was the location and nice people working there.

The service representative,NaQuanda was extremely helpful in selecting which telephone to pick. She was also hopeful in making sure that I was taking advantage of all the Verizon promotions available. I highly recommend this Verizon store.
