Worst pharmacy of all time. Staff is both rude AND incompetent. The manager Kat should never have a job interacting with other humans.

Not a fan of this Walgreens. I've had super long waits, inside and at drive-through as well as inexplicable, persistent problems with my son's insurance, problems that recur even after being resolved. To compound these issues, Walgreen's has agreed to discontinue the sale of some legal medications. The store is close by, but I plan to change pharmacies.

This is literally the worst Walgreens I've ever been to. I frequent this location because it's close to my moms. I've been given someone else's medicine before and was TOLD it was mine. Im guessing I don't know my name. Fast forward to NOW, As I'm writing this review, I've been waiting for over 30 minutes in the drive thru for my Covid Test kit. When I'm finally presented with my test kit, it does not have my name on it. I can clearly see it belongs to someone else. After repeatedly telling her that the PATIENT name isn't mine she proceeds to tell me that that's the PROVIDER name. Now I'm annoyed, there's a lot of things that I can't do and reading isn't one of them! She walks away and goes to get someone else who asks ME what's the problem? Bottom line is, IF you can avoid going here PLEASE do!

Pharmacy staff is very nice and friendly. This was the only location that was close by for the Moderna booster vaccine. A big change from my last visit here years ago. The pharmacy technician was very rude and lazy. It was so bad that I had call for a manager. Not a problem from there today.

Stay away from this pharmacy if you are in need of a rapid modular covid test. Arrived and waited 45 minutes at the drive thru window while they looked for my appointment for scheduled covid test. I was informed my test was cancelled and they don't know why. Rebooked on their website, got back in line (another 45 minutes) completed the drive thru test, results didn't arrive within 24 hours as stated by company email, company website and by pharmacy tech. When I called after 30 hours to inquire, the pharmacy tech informs me that they do not do rapid modular tests. My daughter and my mom had the same booked online test done and results within 24 hours at the same Walgreens 3 weeks ago.

My Ry and I had to pick up some first aid supplies, and we found what we needed here without issue. The staff is friendly and we were in and out. The quintessential Walgreens visit.

The people in the pharmacy are so nice. Even when things get screwed up online or with texts. I still like the store, too. It is clean. Someone always greeting. And for annual or other shots the pharmacists are so nice and patient. They really could use more help.

This pharmacy is awful. The techs are mean, lines are slow- the pharmacist doesn’t care about you as a customer or patient. Went in there to drop off a script and asked if they could make sure they had it in stock before I filled it (it’s a rare medication). The pharmacist said she couldn’t do that?!? Wait isn’t that your job as a pharmacist? Made no sense. All while this was happening to me, I heard and saw a tech yelling at a customer through the drive up window. I will NEVER go back there or any Walgreens ever again. Avoid this place at all costs.

Pharmacy is packed and sloooooow. Also disorganized. Word of advice: check your script before leaving! Waited once for my prescription, then got home and realized they had filled 1/3 of my pill quantity somehow. I've always had the same prescription so I'm not sure how they arrived at this lower quantity. Then had to go back and wait again, 3x longer, for the correct amount. No one in the pharmacy apologized for the mixup or inconvenience, probably because they are so busy.

I live very close to this store and frequent it often. I will agree that the parking lot could be cleaner, but that is the fault of the clients for the most part. The staff at this store are very helpful and provide good customer service. They always have what I go there for.

I am disappointed to say that this pharmacy has some very unprofessional employees. The manager on duty was excellent in his prompt, courteous service, but a few of the female employees are very rude, abrupt and curt with communication, slow with servicing customers and have an overall lack of care and concern about their customers. There have only been 2 females (a Muslim employee and a younger, slim black employee) that I felt were professional towards me. The heavyset chick with the goddess braids has thee worst attitude about life and had a very nasty disposition. She made a comment that she would "suppose" somebody would be with me in a snobbish manner. I then waited for about 10 minutes before I was even serviced. I was told that my prescription would be filled in about 15 minutes but I was waiting for over 30 minutes before I had to inquire about it and obtain it. They had my prescription ready and sitting on the counter while they were having a good time laughing it up and lollygagging around... I would suggest a team meeting to tighten up on the skills that should have been learned back in high school. Somebody needs to find a new job or something. It's ridiculous to have customer service like this.
