I'm doing this so people will know if you have a medical emergency and need to get money to family member immediately do not use this company I sent a large amount of money by this company for a medical emergency and they have done me so wrong it ain't funny Michigan says they don't have that much to give her but yet they give more money than that to other customers. the first time I sent this transaction, somehow they canceled it and never said a word to me.i found out and went and had to get my money back and start all over again .just for them to do her like this again saying they don't have the money. it was under $4,000 for a medical emergency that shouldn't have been put off they have caused us more grief than we already have so I'm letting people know you cannot trust Western Union anymore I will never ever use this company again..update I got my money they messed up 2xs. Use cash app it's better & works

The cashier's are polite and swift. Only issue is entering and exiting be on guard and be prepared for the "you got any change" BS. Other than that it's a great place to cash your check to avoid the bank lines and drive !! BTW Their fees are very reasonable around 2% or so.
