The service agent at the window was good. He didn't have an attitude nor did he flinch when I asked for some water even though I already ordered an O.J. I don't know what's going on but I know JESUS IS THE LORD!

The workers were extremely rude, they substituted my beyond meat with real red meat which I am severely allergic to. They completely left out my boyfriends chicken bacon ranch sliders. I called to complain and I heard the guy in background say oh well we’re not remaking it.

The best place ever, stopped by for a late night snack after an event and GENE’s team did an amazing job with my requests! so yummy love the impossible sliders no cheese carmelized onions + extra pickles and mustard omg so delicious i love this white castle i wish yall had vegan cheese + a dairy free shake bc im allergic to dairy but i appreciate what we have so far ? ?

Went here to grab something quick to eat. Burgers were good, but clams and cheese sticks taste like the food had been fried in old grease. Terrible taste!

Team members smoking cigarettes with the door propped open. Cashier didn’t wanna be there she was leaning and dragging her feet the entire time I ordered. She can’t hear kept saying “huh” I had to repeat myself several times. Food took 10 minutes get to me.
