This is the worse urgent care I have ever been to. The staff are very rude and unprofessional. They argue with patients and then call the police on them. I watched this while there. I went in for a sore throat, and was told my prescription would be called in, 3 hours later it still wasn't called in, when I called them to ask about it, the medical assistant was rude, she told me they were crowded and hung up the phone. I ended up going to another urgent care. I wish I could give them negative 10 stars

I cut my hand and ended up getting 12 stitches. Even though I was the first person to arrive that morning, I ended up having to wait about an hour or so. The doctor had not yet arrived. However, i have no complaints about the care itself. Dr. Ayaz Ahamed was very nice and did a good job. I agree with other reviews that comment that the facility itself could look a lot better: cleaner rug, cleaner chairs, etc.

My husband and I visited this facility on October 3, 2018. Although, the young lady at the desk was very professional, but for this to be a urgent care medical facility, the carpet at the registration desk and the large waiting room area was NASTY! It's obvious that there was leak because you can see the stains on the carpet. The chairs had stains on them as well. The patients that choose to visit this facility deserve better than this especially when there is a sign posted regarding payment and services. I have left several messages for Dr. Farah S Iftikhar, but as of October 8th, I have not received return phone call regarding my concerns. The carpet and chairs need to be professionally cleaned or the carpet need to be replaced! We need to stop just accepting this kind of conditions when we are paying for a service!

I wish I could give them 0 stars. The service I received as a patient was sufficient and the front office staff and doctor did great jobs. I paid the copay as requested and even called before coming to determine the cost. Beware that this facility adds an after hours fee if you come after 5 pm, holidays, or weekends. You will not see the cost until you are billed. When I called the business manager or coder was not helpful instead she was confrontational and condescending. You will get the help you need in the moment and a headache later!

Decent pharmacy.. The only thing that I do not care for is when it comes to asking the "Pharmacy Staff" to contact my dr for refills. Very poor service in that department! The guy I spoke to told me that they don't contact the dr's offices' for refills. I'm on allot of meds, I see different doctors, its hard to keep up with everything.... They don't go that extra mile to ensure that their patients' medications are handle like they should..... Needs improvement. Better CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I'm thinking about transferring.......SOON!
