Me and my family came in yesterday and george took care of us right on the spot. He was very patient and attentive to our needs on what we were interested in. We walked out with new, fast dependable internet for our home and a better way to have phones and home security! When you come ask for george he will definitely get the job done we appreciate his hospitality in what he does.

This is literally my third week trying to get the promotion they said I would have, to be active towards my account.(A line free for a year and it would be bundle with my internet bill). They ended up charging my account anyways. Said they were going to refund me, but never did. I had to call my bank. Called the gentleman(Mahi) whom card I was giving and who was supposed to be helping me when I first went to the store at the end of July. Was no help at all, though he stayed he would fix the problem and send me a conformation email a week ago. That never happened, and hasn’t recently responded back either. Talked to 4 different customer service representatives in these last three weeks.(smh). The xfinity store on 8mile & Woodward in the plaza have no idea what they are doing. Or maybe just the gentleman (Mahi) that was helping me.

4 employees, 1 working already with a customer. They made me sit and wait and watch 3 employees just sit and do nothing for 15 minutes. The 1 employee that's helping a customer is talking about getting an electricians license. No one in the store was actual working.

Every time I come in here I receive top quality service. Today incame in struggling to get my phone to turn on that insurance sent me and Darryl (sp?) the manager was extremely helpful as well as some advice for my broken phone. Always appreciative of the service I have in here. Not sure of all the bad reviews but I would always recommend this location compared to the other ones. I used to go to the Southfield location but this one is better. Thanks again to the awesome manager!

I came in and was serviced right away. I was only dropping off equipment but the prior reviews made me nervous to do just that. But no worries and no problems. I got my slip and in and out within 3 minutes.

I have been trying to get someone out here for a week for a down Comcast wire in my backyard. I feel I'm getting the run around because I'm not a customer. DTE came out within a day to say it's a cable wire. Atnt came out within a day and said it's a Comcast wire. Call Comcast still nobody a week later. Please just send me in the direction to get a tech out here. It's highly frustrating

Agent went into my bank account without my authorization and withdraw the amount of 110.00, 122.00 and 130.00 which I only authorize the 110.00.. why would I make three transactions to Comcast in one day , now Comcast is refusing to reverse the two charges that was not authorized saying I authorize it but I didn't beware.. The guy that made those transactions to my bank account got mad because I hung up on him after that I started receiving texts stating thank you for your payments. It's sad that Comcast thinks it's ok to not take accountability for their actions find you another internet and cable service Comcast is grimmy
