I went to return a ring doorbell that didn’t work with my current doorbell voltage or amps. Nothing particular here other than the staff was cool, it was not busy, and from what i remember, the store was pretty well maintained.

Very friendly staff and decent looking place but NOT a fan of the casual Apple-store like customer service setting. Came in to drop off some equipment and there wasn't really a line or clarity on where I should go or stand. I don't want to buy a phone or review other services, just wanted to handle some quick business and be out of there and it's just not set up for that. Please consider a separate section or queue for ppl just dropping stuff off and don't want personalized customer service.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this location on 11/19/2024 at 12:15pm. The customer service was far from professional. The employee assisting me had a clear bad attitude and was visibly in a bad mood. To make matters worse, he was touching his nose and then handling my ID—unsanitary and unprofessional. His entire demeanor made it seem like he was doing me a favor, but in reality, I’m the one trying to do business here. After this interaction, I honestly would rather take my business elsewhere. The unprofessionalism wasn’t just with him; even inside the office, I could hear loud laughter and conversations while customers were present. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of respect for customers. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues. It’s time to prioritize professionalism and customer experience.
