Amanda is a committed yoga teacher with over 5 years experience, leading classes, workshops, special events and retreats locally and internationally. She teaches and manages a team of teachers who lead weekly yoga classes for different residential apartments, corporations, and hotels in the downtown area. Her classes are vigorous and fluid, cultivating play and introspection. She aims to create more self love and confidence in my students.
