I contacted their shop and arranged with Brandon to pick up my lawnmower for service before season started. The day arranged came and went, no one came or contacted me. I waited a good week and contacted them again. Once I reminded them of our arrangement all of a sudden he remembered but asked if he could call me back as he was with a customer. I agreed and he said he d call me back in a short time. You guessed it, he never returned my call. I can take a hint but it would've been much more professional if he would've let me know directly that he decided not to service my mower as he had verbally agreed to do. Obviously not recommending Brandon or the business to anyone.

I took 2 large walk behind Exmark mowers for service. Needed a drive cable on one and a starter cord on the other. Tune ups including oil changes or both mowers as well. The mowers were finished in a very timely manner (a day or two) and the work performed was very high quality. Mowers run and perform great. Price for these services was very reasonable. I would definitely take your mower or anything small engine machine for service here. Very highly recommended. I will use Bob's for any future maintanence needed. Thanks again

Great service! My mower was picked up quickly and was also fixed very quickly. They went above and beyond to make sure my mower is in good running condition, very nice customer service too. The online request for services and also the online payment is very convenient. Would recommend to anyone that needs small engine services in the area!

2 yrs later, May 2023. We heard the business had been sold so womdered if service would be as good. No worries. Riding lawn mower runs so quiet now after the tune up. Small lawn mower that wouldn't start was fixed also.Picked up, fixed, cleaned and returned within 24 hours! So pleased. Won't go anywhere else now. Taking the snow blower in this fall for a tune-up. We had very poor service from the other local place, so this is great to find someone who does quality work.

Bobs small engine repair was fantastic with tuning up my John Deere tractor. They made pick up and drop off easy. Full tuneup included oil change, blade sharpening, cleaned my deck, checked belts, and they even installed a new battery. Ask for Brandon and you won’t be disappointed. I plan to have all my small engine work done there in the future.

So happy with the service from Bobs small engine repair. They picked up my riding mower Tuesday and are finished with the spring maintenance and dropping it off today (Thursday). Communication and turn around time was amazing. Highly recommend!!
