I have been a client of Dewitt Veterinary Hospital for (close to, if not) 5 years. In these 5 years we have not had very many emergencies so majority of our visits often consists of check-up’s/wellness exams or spay/neuter. During these visits every single staff member we have ever had has always been the most kindest, patient and loving people, towards my pets and myself and from my observations everyone else I’ve ever been in the lobby with. They have always been thorough and provide the upmost respectful care to my 4 dogs and 2 indoor/outdoor cats that find themselves getting into mischief.
In emergency situations there follow up care absolutely exceeds any expectations of explanations into diagnostics and lab work done by an emergency facility. They ask and listen for your intake on the event and your understanding while going over the reports sent over and giving clarity to whatever situation you may have went through.
Upstanding people and clean establishment.

My first visit with these guys was amazing. They were kind and understanding. I had lots of questions and the vet never got upset with me or made me feel like I was being an inconvience or anything. I feel like a few of my questions were silly but He addressed all of my questions and then some, without making me feel dumb. I truly believe in todays society its hard to find people in general who are this caring. 5 out of 5 reccomend. I will update if that ever changes.

The staff is so friendly and patient with us. They are kind and caring and very knowledgeable. My wie had about 100 questions for the vet at our first visit he never made us feel rushed or like we were taking too much time. Great experience and I felt like they truly cared.

We had a great experience bringing in our dog- she had a tooth root abscess. Scheduling was quick and the staff was very compassionate and professional. Pricing was incredibly reasonable, given rise in costs across the industry. Thank you for your care!
