“On June 5, 2025, I had the privilege of being assisted with my purchase by 'Chris'. Chris was patient, thorough, helpful and kind. I had an item to return and was very pleased at the ease in making the exchange and completing my purchase. I believe it was at least 4 in the afternoon. There was a very cheerful young lady quite deep in her shelf stocking agenda but not too busy to help this senior citizens locate her favorite cracker. I appreciate that. I don't believe I ever came upon a nasty, or rude employee ever in this store. I often worked in the General area and brought consumers there to gather their necessities, And I my Bingo prizes!! Thank you Dollar tree for yesterday and foroutstanding courtesy and top notch customer service skills. My family owned a business for years anf my Dad always Capitalized on Quality customer service!
He told me, you dont need fancy commercials and coupons. Happy satisfied employees are what you need...word of mouth ist your best asvertisement! And the longer I live, the more I am reminded of that! I appreciate you!!

“This is a fantastic location. The best one in all of Lansing! The lady who did my pick up order tonight was fabulous! From the moment I walked in she did nothing but help her customers and did it with a smile on her face! She even double bagged my items and tied it , because the items I had were heavy.I will not shop at any other location from now on. Every other location seems to have really angry people working at all times and they make the shopping experience horrible! It really matters how the employees treat people and this lady has it down pat! I wish I would have gotten her name just so I could tell her manager how awesome she was!”

“Staff is friendly and welcoming. The store is well organized and stocked. They just remodeled and added tons of freezer/fridge items. Open til 10pm which is odd (bc $ stores close 9 or earlier) but awesome and convenient?. The turn over rate seems low bc I see the same employees working for years now. I think that says a lot about a company. Overall thumbs up! ?”

“Because of Dollar Tree's very low prices, most items are around $1.00, this isn't your grocery store. But, if you're wanting a snack, or something to drink, or if you need incidentals, Dollar Tree rocks. It my personal favorite place for snacks. Also, five (5) Ramen noodle soups costs only $1.25. While at Family Dollar it will cost around $2.50, or more, for the same item. Dollar Tree is where a penny pincher goes to save money.”

“It's a great place to go and get a few things you need really quick and be out. The store is clean and well stocked with all kinds of supplies you need and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable about where things are, to help you with your shopping. I do come here often to pick up miscellaneous stuff because it's close to home and I can easily be in and out quickly. There's usually no big line to be checked out like some other places I visit.

“Standard family dollar. Staff was friendly. I come here for cheap earphones to use at work, and small things I need when I don't want to drive across Lansing. Plus the are a lot of stops and gym's for Pokemon go. I believe they may have been here as well.”

“Dollar tree in dewitt always has some of the most friendly staff. The store seems to be pretty organized as well. Shelves are full with products. It's also nice to see coolers with food items !”
