I was a "walk-in" (before noon) to the location to get my boys haircuts. I was estimated a 1 - 1.5 hours wait time which is not terrible being a walk-in. We went next door to eat and came back and my children were #5/#6 on the wait list (its been about 30 minutes) the couple folks that were there got their cuts that were ahead of us. There were other folks who were on the wait list (ahead of us) were not present at the location and so they took my first son to get his cut an hour after initial walk-in.
Upon getting the first child done the others that were on the waiting list arrived and instead of having my other sons haircut done or asking if I would like to pay for my first sons services, we had to wait another 45 'ish' minutes for my second son to be seated into a chair.
I understand the online process and staffing shortages, but why begin a party if that party is going to be split and still be forced to wait almost an hour for the other half to have services rendered. I would have preferred to pay and go find somewhere else after that or go another day. I was not thrilled to spend 2.5 hours for two haircuts.
I am not confident that I would return and do this process again in the future.

Both times I've come in to this location I have had bad experiences. I have thinning hair due to health conditions and the woman cutting my hair kept repeating "your hair is just... sooo... thin..." while running her comb through it. It made me feel so self conscious. She then proceeded to butcher my hair and make it look even thinner by giving me an under cut. She clearly did not know what she was doing.
A few months later I brought my 4 year old daughter in for a trim. She was very nervous and asked me to stand by her. All I did was hold her hair up so the hair dresser could put the cape on her and she asked all snarky "do YOU want to cut her hair?..". People here have horrible people skills and attitudes. I won't be giving them a third chance.

Terrible place terrible attitudes, lady had a stank face from the moment I walked in the door with my autistic 8 year old didn't have no patience for a special needs kid. I wanted to leave the moment I noticed her attitude but tried giving her a chance my child was having a meltdown I was trying to calm him but the lady's attitude and approach didn't help. Than on the way out the door we were followed by a very rude man threatening to call the cops because my autistic child was having a meltdown. Everyone including the staff and customers rolled their eyes and gave us stank faces as we walked in the door. We will not be going back they have no empathy or toleration for special needs individuals and they have very poor attitudes.
