I registered online for my appointment, but still waited at least 30 minutes to get in. The service was exemplary. The MA that took my vitals and the doctor. It was clean, friendly, efficient and professional. I'm glad it's available in DeWitt!

I took my son in and found out he has the flu. They were so helpful and informative. We were in and out in about 45 minutes.

From reception to treatment the experience was wonderful! I lost my doctor to retirement (from another medical group). I decided to use Urgent Care again because of my previous experiences with them. I'm glad I did! Everyone was professional, friendly and caring. The receptionist was nice (don't recall her name) and Dawn and Emily the PA were super! I highly recommend Lansing Urgent Care.

I was a walk in and from the moment I walked in, the entire staff were very caring and compassionate. Much better than some of the other ones. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

First time coming to this location in Dewitt. I made an online appointment and got in fast when I checked in. Very clean and not super busy. The staff at check in to the MA and PA were exceptional, friendly. Very grateful for the detailed medical explanation given by the PA. Makes coming to an urgent care worth it and I was out within about 45 mins of my scheduled appointment. Thank you :)

Fast & Easy! We were in and out in 20 minutes. The staff was VERY nice too!!! I recommend calling ahead if you anticipate an x-ray as we had to drive to another location due to the x-ray tech not being on duty…..however, we did not have to wait at the second location. We were in and out in there as well.

I was impressed that I could do my x ray and talk to doctor all at the same time. The only thing was that even though I made an appointment before going I still had to wait 45 minutes. This maybe unpredictable for them to guess when they can see each individual but just want others to know and understand.

Very busy place but the wait we worth it. Too bad the X-ray wasn't available. But, referred to Lansing location worked and it all worked out well.

My child had a knee injury. We came to the first aid station and they helped us very quickly; they were kind, polite and friendly with us. I don't know English and spoke broken English. The girl administrator was very nice and friendly. Thank God that in America there are such medical centers where it is not expensive. The experience was positive, I recommend it

Very slow and unorganized for online and walk in scheduling. Had a 1pm appointment....was all checked in by 1, at the clinic and sat for over an hour before we got called back. Multiple people got moved ahead of us on the TV screen as we sat and waited....asked the lady why that was happening and was told that it didn't happen and that we were next... not really sure the point to schedule an appointment online.

I drive from the west side of Lansing, Delta township, all the way up to Dewitt to Lansing Urgent Care, these folks are the best there is I wont go anywhere else. They are very friendly and professional. I walk in, sign in on the kiosk and have a short wait then receive the best medical treatment available. It is worth the drive.

I was at Lansing Urgent Care in Dewitt, Mi. this morning. I asked the clerk approximately how long it would take to obtain an x-ray. He stated he couldn't tell me. I asked if there was anyone ahead of me in line for x-ray. He stated he could not tell me. I asked myself what kind of system cannot answer such fundamental questions and thought what poor customer service that is. I left.

Everyone at the Dewitt location is very nice and friendly, can typically get in rather quickly. However, I am type 1 diabetic and told them that on my forms and with the medical assistant when I got back to the room. When a test came back negative, the doctor came in and said they would put me on a steroid for the inflammation. Luckily I am very skeptical and vigilant about caring for my diabetes. I have never taken steroids, so I asked "will steroids effect my blood sugar?" The doctor didn't know I had diabetes, even though it was on my chart and in my info - just didn't read it apparently. After telling him that, he said they couldn't give me steroids because it would prevent my body from processing my insulin properly and cause very high blood sugar. I'm glad I asked questions, most people wouldn't & the results could've been very bad. Just make sure you're diligent about asking any and all questions.
