I have tried this place twice and both times I was disappointed. The first time i got a pedicure and it turned out bad, had gotten gel and the person i had only painted half of my toenails and come to find out the person who did it wasn’t even licensed and is in school. Second time i got a full set and it was sloppy, rushed and ended up with all my cuticles burned and bleeding. My nails hurt whenever something touches them because of the open sores left on them. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

UPDATE: my nail shellac is so thick the paint is chipping. They’re so thick and just not a good shape…Nice ladies tho.

‘Be’ was great. She was able to copy the video I showed her from TikTok. They feel very thin yet sturdy. I’ll definitely be back.
Everything was clean. They were professional yet personable and I enjoyed that the patrons in with me were regulars who came with their granddaughters ?
It was a fun and endearing experience. I enjoyed the salon and will probably take my daughter!
They also have two kids pedicure chairs. So cute!

I had the unfortunate experience of visiting this nail shop, and I must say, it was utterly dreadful. The staff were about as friendly as a swarm of bees, and their ethics seemed to have been left at the door. The place was so unclean, I was tempted to wear hazmat gear just to enter. Save yourself the agony and steer clear of this abysmal establishment.

Sloppy and painful. This was my first appointment and definitely the last. No one was in there for a reason. The tech never asked if wanted my nails cut down or shaped. I was trusting her process, but after a while I asked if she could cut them down and shape them round like how they were (she automatically started squaring them). When I brought it up she acted like it was now an inconvenience because she was too far along. The filing and buffing was unnecessarily rough and aggressive. The nails look nothing like the reference photo I showed, in fact they look like middle school child nails. At the end, instead of wiping or washing the excess pigment/polish off my cuticles she used the cuticle clippers to pull off all my skin that had spots of polish on it. My fingers are raw and in pain with chunks plucked out.

Stephanie did my nails. She did a dip and they look amazing. She listened to me and did exactly what I wanted. I am new to the area and I will be back!

Awful service. Unprofessional, the whole staff yelling at each other during my entire service. The lady doing my nails was rude and my nails look terrible. I’m very disappointed. Not to mention it was $50 for a classic pedicure. I’d rather not post pictures of my toes but for reference, the nails are uneven and unfiled and there is paint all over my feet around the nail.Service: Pedicure

I went in to have gel polish removed from my nails. The nail tech didn’t believe that it was gel polish on my nails rather than acrylic (even though I clarified several times) so she used the electric file to grind off all of the gel and part of my nail instead of filing off the top layer and soaking the rest off with acetone. She bumped my fingers with the file several times which made me bleed and left sore spots. There are now gouges in my real nails. (Photos show before and after I trimmed my nails)

New to the area and went to the closest nail salon. As I entered I was immediately asked if I had an appointment, however, there were no customers. Lady that did my nails never asked how I wanted them shaped nor did she ask if I wanted them shorter. The dip I got was a color that when it went on it needed multiple applications, yet the nail tech only applied 3-4 times and left all nails looking splotchy. After day 2 of them one of my nails broke. Honestly the worst service I've ever had, also the place was not clean, and I would never recommend this place.

I wish i could give a better review but my nails look very messy. I paid extra for the gel and it's kind of slopped on my nail. It looks lumpy and mis-sharpen. Very sad.
