I've never had any problems with the pharmacy. The staff I have dealt with have always been nice and respectful. Many of them when I pick up meds will check and see if I have other prescriptions that can be filled at that time.

Make sure to check the expiration date on your epi pens. My son's epi pen expires in less than 6 months ... they have always been a year. Terrible customer service as well.

Made 4 trips to get my scripts filled. First time, it was the wrong script. Had my doctor recall it in just in case. Second time I sent my husband they asked him the dosage and of course he didn’t know it was for me. When he got back in line he was told it was ready but he couldn’t pick up until the morning. Seemed lazy but it was actually a lie. Third trip was told it was out of stock but would be ready by 3pm on their next delivery. Fourth trip was told it never arrived in their delivery and would be available tomorrow after 3:30pm. Why not just be honest? This place is a joke. If you have other options please don’t waste your time, they will waste yours without a second thought. A 1 star review is even too good for them.

Great pharmacy. Able to send texts when prescriptions need renewal, and so easy to order refills. Then, the pharmacy texts when the scripts are ready. Saves time

I’ve given this pharmacy so many chances, no more.. The worst customer service on the planet, absolutely incompetent people working behind the counter. Countless times my scripts have been messed up, not filled or filled incorrectly! Have I mentioned how absolutely rude the people working there are!
The current incident - was the last straw - we needed to pick up our script for our 7 year old daughter who has been fighting a dangerous infection in her gums. Called the pharmacy to see if they would be willing to stay open 3 minutes longer pass their close time (which I didn’t know was 6pm), explained the situation, Brooklyn the attendee - whom I’ve encounter before - insanely rude with no customer service in her bone - said “absolutely not, we close at 6”. I know I was asking something out of ordinary but at least have enough decency to a human being.
Will not fill another script - and give another dollar to this place!

Pharmacy is awful, never calls when scripts are ready, never calls when about to be put out due to them never calling to tell you it's ready.. takes 5 employees to work register and still can't get it right. Lack of caring about job duties. Switching pharmacies immediately.

Staff pretended my prescription never existed. Had to contact my doctor and was charged to confirm that the prescription has been made and sent to them. Employees said that it didn't exist and then after threatening them with a lawsuit they admitted that it existed but that it would take 40 minutes and that I had to leave immediately.
Anyways they did this over the course of a month and I've been without my medication and it has caused life altering issues to me.
Top it off they filled my last month of Xanax without me every picking it up then told me I don't have the prescription anymore. This is after having one or two of them missing from every refill (and being told that it didn't happen by Staff when I attempted to report it). Staff is more then likely pocketing your medication to sell or use.

Worse Pharmacy I've ever been to
They always forget a Medcation
The cashier clerks have no idea what they are doing
Always giving the wrong info when I ask and never bothering to double check when I ask about a certain Medcation just to get home to still have the Medcation missing and it was not early refilled either
They don't care about making sure things are done right
Addresse and current info on file
No care for dairy allergy in Medcations they fill em anyways
No care for making sure you get ALL your meds
Like to waste your gas after waiting 15 minutes in line
Absolutely ridiculous
If you get Nataly triple make sure you have everything before you leave she misses stuff everytime even when you ask

I've been getting my prescriptions filled here at least monthly for a few years now and it's always a good experience. The hours and drive-thru are also convenient.

Great place to get vaccines without hassle/long waits, but pretty constantly doesn't have medication in stock, alerts are not accurate (saying an rx will be in stock, but then it doesn't come in at all.)

Turned my prescription in last Thursday got a tx Friday saying I could pick up my prescription. Went in Monday and was told I couldn't have it because I needed a change to the prescription. Got the change today and was told it would be ready in 1 hr. When I arrived, was told they ran out and wouldn't have until 3pm tomorrow.

Plan on spending at least 30 minutes in line everytime you need a script...just ridiculous. And don't get me started on the lack of customer service.
