This is the 2nd time they have given me the wrong prescription. I called and asked to have a script on file filled giving precise and explicit details for the script. I was ill later that day and asked one of my adult children to pick it up. When I woke today I discovered they had filled it with the wrong medication. I took it back to the pharmacy today and the pharmacist said they couldn’t help me because it had already left the store. Now I am going to have to find some way to get $1900 to get the right prescription filled because my insurance has already paid for the wrong medication and won’t pay again. These pharmacists here are going to KILL someone with their carelessness, but what does it matter we are just senior citizens for whom it appears they think aren’t worth their effort!

It’s extremely convenient and as a result they do a ton of business. That can create a longish wait time at peak hours. Otherwise I love the Meijer pharmacy in Dewitt.

I wish I could give them a zero...While helping a relative after surgery, a perscription was called into the Meijer Pharmacy from the hospital. We called the Pharmacy to check on the status of the perscription and were told it would be ready in 20 minutes. When I arrived 20 minutes later, I was given the run around and then informed that they only 3 of the 16 pills and asked if I would take them and then get the rest when they received their supply the following Monday - This was on Friday and the directions on the perscription were to take 4 per day until the persceription was exhausted. (This does not work!!!).After asking them for help figuring this out (the "manager" who was talking to his girlfriend on the phone and appeared to be inconveinenced to assist basically told me that he wouldn't help.I proceeded to go over to thge Wallgreens across the street where I was greeted by the Pharmasist and they did everything to get the perscription switched over and filled within 30 minutes.On top of this, Meijer was going to charge us $50 and Wallgreens charges us $0.87! Yes 87 Cents versus $50!! And they actually cared about the customer! Anyone thinking of using this pharmacy - DO NOT! Walgreens across the street were helpful and treated us like people!

Here’s how a typical script looks here:1. Doctor calls in script2. Meijer calls and let’s me know it’s ready3. Get here to pick up and they tell me they don’t have it/it’s not ready and try again tomorrow.4. Get call that it’s ready.5. Goes to pick up again.6. “Sorry, I don’t have anything here for you. What’s it supposed to be? Oh we don’t have that. Try again tomorrow.”

I booked 30 min for 2 of us in the past for vaccines, they did all 4 of us (my kids too) on those 2 apts. now they refuse to do it. They wouldn’t change apt to our kids because they had paperwork for us. So they did 2 of us at same time leaving 15 min of our apt unused. Now we have to go find somewhere that will take our kids. Customer service is at a big ZERO!!!

First time here & when dropping off I was told I can apply my good rx coupon during pick up. After waiting 20 minutes in line (I even tried following the posted sign in the parking lot to call ahead to notify them to "speed up" the process so they know who is next in line, but when some guy picked up they just immediately put me on hold) the girl at the window said we would have to go to the back of the line to let others go first for her to apply the good rx coupon. We had repeated we wanted it several times throughout the pick up process but she just kept repeating "one isn't applied". We would basically repeat "uhhhh yeah ok then apply it, your coworker said you could" and finally she said we'd have to go to the back of the line for her to do it. She never said it had to have been applied beforehand (and I've never had to do that at any other pharmacy). We had another appointment so my husband just paid full price since it wasn't the most expensive rx we have had - but we will never come back.

Terrible! No concept of customer service. 4-5 people twiddling their thumbs while 1 person covers the drive thru and inside pickup. Will be switching to Walgreens.

Not one employee has any idea what they are doing. One star is giving too much credit this pharmacy is the blind leading the blind. ‘Ethan’ is not only rude, but seems to care about his AirPods more than his job. They must be desperate!

This is a terrible pharmacy. Too many disappointing experiences. Always an issue with "notes" not in the system, or the notes didn't save, or the Dr. Wrote the prescription wrong....then an additional 20-30 minute wait to "fix" EVERYTIME! Seriously, save yourself some time and convenience and go anywhere else! I have been using this pharmacy for 9 months, I have been more than patient. I will not be filling another script here.

I had a prescription sent here for 45 grams, they could only give me 30 grams and said to come back when I ran out. I thought no big deal, I called them asking to get the rest of my 15 grams and they said to come the next day since they have to order it. Here I am waiting for my prescription, woman at the window says I can't get it until NEXT WEEK. Are you kidding me? First you don't give me my full prescription and now I have to wait? Yeah let's just not take medication for a week because you told insurance that I got the full 45 grams. Stop messing up prescriptions and on top of this they are SO F**** SLOW

I waited 3 days for a prescription. I called in advanced and they told me it would be ready at 2:00pm. It wasn’t ready at 2:30pm and they didn’t have it in stock. They sent me to the Lake Lansing Rd. Meijer saying it would be ready at 5:00pm. Come to find out they never even transferred it.
