I have been going there for years to have my truck washed this year they damaged it and they said it wasn't them It happened somewhere else so I got it fixed and then they damaged it again and I brought it to their attention they said they're not responsible because they have a sign that says your car may be damaged I will no longer go here again

I've been using One Stop for the past few years to wash my vehicles. During the winter I pay for the monthly unlimited Platinum wash. I have nothing but good things to say. The workers always do a good job preparing the vehicle prior to going through the wash. As long as I live in the area I'll continue to do business here to keep my car/truck looking fantastic ?

I’ve been taking my car here for years now to get oil changes. There is a $10 off coupon on the website & I printed it out & when it was time to pay, I handed the worker the coupon & he had an attitude about it immediately saying they will accept it this time (which I appreciated) but will no longer accept them in the future & was very adamant about it. Why would the website offer this coupon, with the Dewitt address on the coupon, if they aren’t going to accept them? It isn’t like the $10 comes out of this guys paycheck so I’m not sure why he had such an attitude about a $10 coupon. If they are no longer going to accept this coupon then they need to take it off their website because that makes no sense. I should have said something when I was there but was not feeling well & wanted to get out of there. I appreciate the free car wash but I’m not sure if I will continue to get my oil changes done here anymore if they’re going to be so dumb about a $10 coupon that’s on their website…

My son was in town and decided to get his oil changed at this location, he visited for the day and hopped on the hiway to head home. He lives about a hour away. Before he made it home he was getting two different codes on his car for his oil pressure and another for engine. He called me when he got home. I followed up with this place and they made excuse after excuse. I request the owner. No luck. I called back and requested the manager that never seems to be in. Once again they told me someone would call me. Nothing! So I called back.. they said they would pass this along to the general manager. Still nothing a month later. My son drives a BMW, he took it to a repair place where he lives since it was too dangerous to drive back here. He was advised that “whoever” changed his oil put the wrong type in his vehicle. And this has caused damage. He was charged for a FULL synthetic oil change. Still to this day we have had no response.. needless to say court papers have been written!!

I got my oil changed this morning by Steve and Tanner and I was so happy the entire experience. They were fast, kind, and listened to me. I will happily come back in the future thanks to them! :)

Excellent oil change service & love the carwash. Other car washes in the area don't compare. Having the personal touch makes a huge difference.

Car was damaged in car wash due to neglect when aligning the wheels in the bay. Got over it and came back for oil changes, ANOTHER damage by the mechanics with zero mention to me. Called immediately after when I noticed. Guy immediately came up with excuses, blaming the workmanship of the item instead of apologizing or looking to mend it in any sort.

Tanner the manager I worked with went above and beyond. Had an oil filter lodge on from a Valvoline location. He was patient and used some tricks of the trade to get it. Very polite staff and A++ service!

Waited a couple car lengths back so whichever lane opened up I could just use that one. Some guy in a huge black truck zooms in front of the left door after I've been waiting 5 minutes. The car in the right lane finished and was leaving so I moved over into the right side. I was told to back up to let the guy in the truck go first. No way will I go back there again. That girl with the bad dye job needs to have better customer service.
