Got my car back a day earlier than expected. Amazing customer service. Responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable. It sucks when your car is in an accident and your world is thrown into disarray. Priority Auto Body eased the burden with their professionalism and exceptional service.

I was more than satisfied with the communication throughout the process. They kept me up to date regularly. They were professional, informative, and friendly.
The work itself was excellent, they replaced the bed of my F350 diesel truck. They put effort in locating the best parts, installation was excellently done.
I received professional, informative, treatment from the time I phoned to make an appointment to bring my truck in for an estimate to the time I picked it up looking like a new truck.

I have used Priority Auto Body twice for my vehicle repairs and they do amazing work. They send text updates to confirm they are on schedule, have a friendly staff, and deliver on their promises. The vehicles were returned extremely clean, fixed correctly, and on time. Great experience with Jason and his team at Priority!

Long wait and bloated estimate....$9500 on a $5000ish vehicle. Totaled and lost my confidence. Didn't seem like they wanted to work on my car.

I'm pretty loyal to another local body shop but had to look elsewhere due to the size of this particular vehicle. Priority didn't disappoint. Aaron took the time to review a competitor's estimate against his own, line by line, and even reevaluated the body damage to make sure his figures were accurate. He included his lead tech to verify labor estimates. The same tech called me at home because he noticed some additional damage to an adjacent panel that they were already removing. He could have just put it back on, dents and all, but instead he reached out because it would be cheaper to fix it now. The office staff provided weekly updates. They missed their estimated deadline, but only because they weren't happy with one of the repairs and asked to keep the vehicle a little longer so they could redo it to their satisfaction. I'd recommend them to anyone.
