If I could leave, no stars, I would.. I took my brand new 2025 equinox purchased from them in for and oil change. The next morning I noticed an oil leak on my sisters BRAND NEW driveway… they did not tighten something properly and had to add Close too 2 quarts of oil. Thanks for extra wear on my new vehicle on a task you complete daily!!!

I am a long time customer of Sawyers and have always had a good experience purchasing vehicles here. After having unexpected issues with a current vehicle they were able to find and get the exact vehicle I wanted. They all took the time to listen to my concerns. Duane was horrible! On top of the bad attitude and treatment, he couldn’t even bother to stop eating for a second while talking with me. And his eyes kept twitching making me feel very uncomfortable. Can’t believe this is how he treats customers. Do not recommend! Take your money elsewhere.

Jeff was great to work with...we had a very specific goal for what we wanted for a monthly payment and we walked out with exactly what we came for. Shane made the financing painless...it was a relief to work with a dealership without the high pressure sales tactics so many other places use. Happy with the experience and happy with our new to us car!

Called for availability of a truck I saw online. I was directed to Scott. He happily took me on a test drive and explained all of the features this truck offered. When I asked about something he was unsure of, he told me he wasn't sure, but worked to find the answer. He and the finance team were a pleasure to work with. Upon the final walkthrough before I left, Scott and I found a trim piece that wasn't quite right. We went straight to the service department where they ordered the part and will work with me to get it repaired. Overall, it was a good buying experience.

Booked an oil change ahead of time and dropped it off on my way to work at Price Right RV up the road. Sawyers had it finished fast and kept everything straightforward. Always good knowing we’ve got solid local service right down the street.
