As others have stated, stay away from this subway. Staff is rude, place is old and dirty, pop machine hasn’t fully worked in 6+ months. The owner is non-existent. The owner nickels and dimes the customers for everything. He’s the restaurant equivalent of a slumlord. This location is going downhill.

I work for a different owner and have managed 5 different subways. I just needed a few pieces of bacon but they refused to sell it to me. Claimed they had no way to ring up just bacon (which is a lie. It would cost $1.50 for 4 pieces) instead I had to buy a whole $6.25 BLT sub. It's one thing if it was the truth, but even after I told them I worked for subway and I knew it could be done, they refused. I just don't like being lied to.

Stopped in for my free Sub because Subway Corporate advertisement said they were giving away 52 Subs to celebrate the 52 years in business. Dewitt, MI. Subway said they refuse to participate and won't be giving anything away.

Do not order ahead. It is guaranteed that they will completely mess up your order. We have got subs with no meat before, salads with no meat before, sauces on the wrong subs, this place is absolute garbage. Mind you, this is EVERY time we order ahead…if you go in and order and walk them through making your order barney style then they seem to comprehend their jobs.There is no excuse for this service other than incompetence. The franchise owner needs to take charge of this establishment and demand their workers provide proper customer service.

I was not really impressed but it’s subway so you kind of half expect low quality. The staff was honestly rude and I did not enjoy my experience. And the pop machine? Why are you not taking care of that? And pick up the place come on now

Before I even walked in this middle aged lady unlocked the door and said “oh my god” rudely as if my presence was a disturbance. Absolutely unprofessional.

Had an online order; went to pick it up and after waiting for a few minutes they placed a sandwich with my name on it and the sandwich I order described on the receipt. Got back to work and open it up and the only thing similar about this sandwich I'm staring at and the one I ordered is the lettuce.. called to let them know I've received and payed for a sandwich I didn't order and the lady that answered just was being very dismissive and making excuses. Then all of a sudden says they are out to the door and she'll call me back. It's been several days- no resolution except for me to move on. Subway in lansing located in the Walmart a few miles from here got my order right and was very kind.

There were four people in front of me in a spand of 6 feet. I was the fifth and they asked what I wanted. I told them I'd like to wait just a minute because it was to clustered for me to get up there. She told me she had to keep the line moving because more people were coming in. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional. I ordered a pizza sub add bacon with extra cheese. Got to the check out part and the lady said I had a spicy Italian add bacon and double cheese. I told the lady it was a pizza sub and yet I still ended up paying 15.00 dollars for my sandwich which on the receipt shows as more than what I got. Extremely disappointed in the crew. I was having a rough day on top of all of that, not that anyone inside there cares about anything but themselves. I will not be returning.

SUBWAY has been a reliable place to go when you either want a great sub sandwich, or you just plain don't want to cook that day/night. The down side is that since COVID, all the prices have gone up quite a bit, but to be fair, prices everywhere and everything has taken a huge jump! They are paying more for their supplies so the cost has to go up as well and I do understand that. But overall, I'm still satisfied with SUBWAY.

My work situation requires that I usually buy lunch while I'm out most weekdays. Money is tight and I'm always looking for a value. That is not what I got here. The 6" meatball sub was haphazardly thrown together and the outside bun had marinara all over it. The credit card reader was broken and I was told I had to enter my payment details in manually. (Sketchy) The final indignity was while trying to eat my sandwich I bit into something hard. Apparently two of the four meatballs used to make my sub were scraped off the bottom of the tub because they were burnt, blackened and hard. Gross. I got 2/3rd's of a sub out of the deal. Highly disappointed. Will avoid the Subway in Dewitt in the future.

I love Subway in general but this Dewitt location as well as st John's location is some of my best experiences! This was one of my first jobs growing up, And it is was an awesome experience.and pretty much patched the way into other ares thus far where I've worked since then! I just love visiting my hometown SW and always happy to come back when I'm in the area!
