The staff were super friendly, but I was concerned about the cleanliness. Some of the tools looked reused and not sanitized between clients. I think this salon could improve a lot by paying more attention to hygiene and proper sterilization.

Everyone was really nice, the lady that did my pedicure did a WONDERFUL job! The guy that told me I needed a full set instead of getting a fill had me there for 4 HOURS. Im thinking dang he’s taking his time I’m gonna have the best nails. Wrong they are super thick acrylics, all different lengths, the skin around my nails are so tender and some bleeding. Big waste of money not going back…

I always have a great experience when I go to top nails. The service is excellent. Everyone is very personable and friendly. Their pedicures are done so well, they clearly take pride in their work. Great value for service.

I think out of the DeWitt nail salons this one is the best one as I am never disappointed. I would highly recommend this salon!

I have not been at a nail salon in 20 years. I have heard of this one from people that I work with, and I wanted to try it for an event that I have coming up. They were all very nice, and did a great job.

The younger guy did a really good job. I had some old acrylic nails that needed removing. He was very careful, and did a great cuticle trim. I finished with a regular manicure and it turned out well. I went in without an appointment and i got right in.Service: Manicure

I don't usually complain or leave bad reviews but I think people should be warned. Do not go here to have acrylics removed. The first girl I sat down with intended to soak them off properly, but then the girl in charge came over and started prying them off with clippers and a nail tip. It hurt and I yelled ow twice, trying to pull my hand away, but she pulled it back and kept going. Her prying took off enough of my natural nail that the nail bed was exposed and bleeding right in the center of my nail. I told her I could have done that myself at home, then asked them to just grind off the polish so I could go home and soak them off myself. So the lady in charge just walked off. The original girl was very apologetic, went back to soaking the rest of my nails off, and tried to be gentle, but the damage was done and I went home with a painful injury. They should not have charged me for that service but they did. I tipped the girl well who tried to do it right, but I will never go back because the lady in charge was horrible.Services: Synthetic nail removal

Highly recommend this place. Alex did a fantastic job on my nails. He took his time, was very detailed oriented, friendly, he even helped my husband and I with a car issue. Great place and I'm a little picky lol. Again highly recommend. Ask for Alex

I really liked the way my nails turned out. however, the lady hurt my nails multiple times and made me bleed. :( even when asked kindly to try and be a little more gentle, she didn’t. she seemed like she was in a rush.Service: Manicure
