“If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I drove all the way from Muskegon after seeing this green Subaru Crosstrek on Facebook Marketplace. Despite my showing up at the very end of the day and having to make a fuss with my bank, Brian got my financing finished quickly and painlessly and I got to head home with my dream car within an hour! Unfortunately, about halfway back to Muskegon, the dashboard lit up with a transmission error and I had to have it towed the rest of the way home. That said, I gave them a call the next day and they had someone come pick it up and haul it back to the lot, where they replaced the transmission at no cost to me. I've been driving it for about three months now and everything is working great. I cannot overstate how great the customer service from Capitol Auto Sales was and would highly recommend them!”

“Ivebought a car and a truck any problem I had with it took it to them talked to Joe in the shop and they fixed after I got it before I made the first payment I took it to a shop near where I live and had them go over it from top to bottom and write down everything that is wrong with it they only found a few things I took it In showed the manger everything he said they can't fix it I left for the day took it back up there and showed Joe the shop Manger he said ok wrote everything down and said they would call me when it's all done they fixed everything that needed fixed.”
