Great service and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Quoted me 7-10 days after a deer wiped out every piece of my grill, right fender,and both headlights. Dropped it off Monday morning and picked it up Thursday afternoon. 4 days and it looks GREAT! Team Gerber rocks!

Unfortunately, I've had to have my car here more than once and both times have been an utter headache. Not due to the crew here, moreso having a car with hard to find parts. But the shop took care of me the absolute best they could have given the situation. They worked closely with my insurance company to ensure the best outcome possible. They've saved my car twice and I'm grateful. This is my go to shop!

Had the best experience involving body repair in my life and I'm 64. Very professional, everyone was friendly. Very quick getting my car back to me. Told me all precautions involving fresh paint. Attention to detail was excellent, this will (if needed) be my go to body shop forever. Thanks for the Outstanding work and pleasant experience.

They are not up front in the fact that they are truly America Glass and unable to fix broken Tesla windshields. Spent hours driving to Grand rapids to find out I could not be helped. This is after multiple calls from their call center, some of them confusing me for other people.

This was our first time at Gerber collision and glass, but if we need work done again, this is the place we’ll go. Friendly staff, knowledgeable service department, great communication, and they got the job done right. The price was reasonable as well. Two thumbs up for the folks at Gerber. Thank you so much.

The work is extremely shotty and I won’t be using them for any other repairs. I had a deer run into the drivers side of my truck denting the drivers door front fender and a small dent on the rear door. The inside of the door at the bottom has bare metal showing and the original paint color since they replaced my door with a used door. The weather stripping was put on with broken clips so it’s not fully attached. The door is about 1/16-1/8 of an inch misaligned. I can’t figure out what exactly is wrong with the fender but something seems off about it. The only thing I haven’t seen an issue with yet is the rear door dent but it was really small.

On November 21st 2024: Terrible service I discovered all this after 3 weeks of them having my vehicle after a deer ran into the drivers side, damaging the entire driver side the trunk was full of sanding dust and the rubber seals around the doors were not properly secured. I had to clean the mess myself after they got a $6000 check for the repairs. Corporate laziness.... I recommend going to the professionals..
On December 3rd I'm back again to get the driverside mirror that was loose resecured and fix the weather stripping.
I'm a firm believer self owned body shops are much more attentive to their customers

Took sons truck in after an accident. Replaced tail light on the truck. Fixed the bumper and pulled out rear right panel. Painted and buffed out. Great job. Son is very happy.

Great experience with Aaron and the team at Gerber DeWitt. They had a shorter waiting list than the other Gerber shops in town so I was able to get my car fixed two weeks earlier than I would have at the Penn shop. Impeccable work and service. Looks as good as new!

They fixed my truck after the deer wrecked the side. Great communication, and the repair looks factory new. They promised it would take two weeks and 13 days later, it was finished on time. No complaints, super easy to deal with.

My wife hit a deer with a 2017 Grand Cherokee and Gerber was in our insurance network so that's where we landed.They had okay-ish communication with us throughout the process but it took a long time for them to get the vehicle repaired, well over a month and a half. When the repairs were complete we picked it up and drove it home. As soon as we pulled into our garage I could smell coolant. I called them and they tried to tell me that it was just excess coolant burning off. I started giving the engine bay a good visual inspection and found fresh coolant all over the place. Back on the flatbed it went for another week and a half. They placed the blame on a local dealer for error in mechanical repairs but overall they get the blame because they were ultimately responsible for inspecting any outsourced work.When it comes to this place, they are just another chain bodyshop with maybe 1 or 2 guys who sort of know what they're doing, and the rest of the employees have little training and no pride in their work. These guys aren't car guys. I didn't get the impression that they cared about quality ND a good customer experience. The body lines were lined up okay-ish. There was polish splatter all over my windshield, wipers, and the plastic wiper cowl. They used a lot of refurbished parts and aftermarket non-OEM parts which doesn't sit well with me. Especially since they charged my insurance company $13k for the repair work.I will never take another vehicle to Gerber nor will I recommend them to anyone.
