Every time I need a prescription they are out of stock. The pharmacist was rude. The only reason they get a 2 is because the girl checking me out was so sweet!

genuinely wish I could give zero or negative stars. I've been using walgreens for 5+ years and it get worse every single time I fill a prescription. I've never been to a walgreens location that knows what theyre doing. always out of everything that I am prescribed

I'm only giving it one star because you can't give it minus a star I agree with everything that everyone else's posted about Walgreens it is insufficient to say anything more because people who have to deal with these people at Walgreens get it

I think I’ve had one experience coming here where my prescription was actually ready. Every other time it’s not ready and I have to come back. Was told today it would be ready by 1:30. I call at 2 and surprise surprise. So I told them I’m not going to be back on this side of town until tomorrow. Oh it’ll be ready for sure by tomorrow! No I want it now please? So then she says so you want it expedited time? No I want it at the time you said it would be ready! I have honestly never had such a horrible experience at a pharmacy and will be transferring all of my prescriptions back to Meijer where I never had an issue and they were always ready in a timely fashion.

Wouldn't even tell me if a medication was in stock because it's a controlled substance, but I'm not going to have my doctor call them before I know if they even have it. Every other pharmacy I've called in the Lansing area has been able to tell me that they're out of it

It's just unbelievable how inefficient they are. You wait and wait for your prescription, then they tell you it's ready, you come in, and it's NOT ready. Yesterday after the third attempt, they suggested I could now wait for it in the store, but I had another appointment and left and told them I would come back the next day. Assuming it would surely be ready today, I called the store this morning, and they again knew nothing about my prescription that was already supposed to be filled yesterday. They said, give us another 90 minutes and we'll call you when it's ready. Four hours later I still haven't heard from them, so I called again, and was told that there must have been a glitch in the system, but my prescription filling has not processed; but now the order is in, and it should be ready in another 60 minutes, which they supposedly "expedited". Not holding my breath, but they are surely wasting their own time, and more importantly, that of their customers. And each time you call, which I had to do five times over the last three days, you will be on hold for 15 min or more, and then when somebody does talk to you, they are often very condescending, unfriendly and rude with an attitude of "go away, don't bother us". It seems to me Walgreens needs to replace these people.
