Scumbag pharmacist incorrectly fills scripts constantly. Will lie and claim it is correct and strong arm myself and my wife into paying 4x the cost claiming our insurance won't cover it.I think they are pocketing the cash. We confirmed with our insurance that they are not correctly filling the script.

It's 7:22 am the lights are on the doors are open we walked in to buy 25$ worth of snacks before work.....we didn't see any workers anywhere so when we called out "hello" a young girl who claims her name is Elana came out from the back and rather rudely said"Um.....WE'RE CLOSED" very snotty like. My husband said "your closed but the doors are unlocked and all the lights are on, so how are we supposed to know that?" To which she even MORE rudely replies "WELL if you didn't notice the doors didn't automatically shut all the way THAT should be your indicator "God as my witness I was stunned. I said what is your name and who is your manager? She tells us "YOU NEED TO LEAVE" I had to ask again for her name she rools her eyes says elana and proceeded to shut and lock the door then smiles and holds her hand by her faces and waves at us through the door as we were standing in between the inside & out entryway. I will be returning shortly to speak to her boss and I will not shop here again.

Mara is wonderful. Communication SUCKS. In her absence her staff is not helpful and lacking of ALL customer service skills. Was told I could pick up my pain meds on the 21st. Out of them, but, being a controlled substance, the government has their rules. They had 5 days to notify me of availability issues. Didn't bother. They were indifferent about the necessity of these meds. I won't be going back. As much as I care for Mara , I can't afford to be out completely. Being 69 is not easy

Judgemental, snotty cashiers at this location. I lost my only child, my son in July and had to cash his life insurance check in Chicago. I've gone to this location to put cash on my Chime card and all I got was smirks and tongue clicking and extreme measures verifying the bills to be real. I will never actually shop here.

Always poorly managed at this location. Currently waiting in a giant Gordian knot of people waiting for scheduled vaccine appts. Running as much as an hour late. Everybody is overworked and over scheduled.

Like many of us, I am insured through my employers. My company changed health insurance policies last fall and, thankfully, I'm not regularly on any medication. But I had a medical emergency and needed some new medication. The doctor submitted my Rx to Walgreens of DeWitt. I showed up about 8 hours later to pick up the prescription. Walgreens said that - even though I was already a Walgreens customer - because it is an expensive medication, they needed pre-approval...but because I had new insurance, it is their policy to not take any action until the customer comes into the store. In other words, Walgreens of DeWitt received a Rx for a critical medication and just sat on it...not as a mistake, but as a course of their policy. No phone call, no text, no email (yes, I use the Walgreens app and website).Meijer, Walmart, and numerous other pharmacies wont put your health in danger. I'd recommend you follow me there.

The hours are wrong on this site, but I think they were correct at one point. They always run low on my medication. This has happened two to three times now. How does this happen? Once is enough, but twice is ridiculous.

Worst pharmacy in the greater Lansing area. Two months in a row my rescue inhaler stopped working after only a few puffs.I came in the store to get a replacement Inhaler as I was having an asthma attack. I was told by the pharmacist that they could not help me and that I needed to call the corporate number of the manufacturer of my inhaler and request another one. Clearly the pharmacist could hear me wheezing because they gave a look to another coworker and started smirking at my plight for a working rescue medication. My asthma is not a laughing matter. Ended up having to go to Urgent Care because Walgreens wouldn't replace the broken inhaler they sold me and I had no other options.Absolutely unacceptable to sell non functioning medical items and expect the patient to call the manufacturer to get a working item.If you value your health, take your prescriptions anywhere else.

My experience with the pharamacy is limited, but the staff in the main store is less than satisfactory. When masks were a big thing, none of them wore it or wore it correctly (which seems crazy for a pharmacy). I've had some rather negative interactions with various employees. I've stopped shopping at this walgreens other than photo pick up, which is hit and miss as to whether the server will know what they're doing (for photo pick up!) and whether they'll be friendly.

Walked into Walgreens today at 130 with nobody in line and was told they were closing down for a lunch break and would have to come back at 2 pm. Will never use this Pharmacy again.
