I can not say enough WONDERFUL THINGS about Jason N. He took a hellacious situation and made magic of the outcome. The process was smooth and quick as I was on a massive time crunch to avoid paying for another weeks worth of a rental car. We did 90% of the sale over the phone and I drove two hours to go test drive and sign papers. All very friendly and welcoming with awesome personalities from everyone I encountered. I’ve had my 21 Chevy Blazer for two weeks and I am still in awe on how we made all that happen in no time at all. Thank you Jason and the Dexter LaFontaine Family. The mechanic’s video stated that I was going to be needing new tires soon, due to the wear. I just bought 4 tires from LaFontaine back is June of 2024, and I have not driven anywhere close to 60,000 miles. I told the service rep about it, and he went out and used his gauge and stated I was good, which was professional and appreciated .
So I’m not happy about the error (let’s call it that, because otherwise it’s dishonesty and I don’t know that) made by the mechanic. Someone of lesser concern or initiative may have just bought new tires based upon the words of the mechanic… unnecessarily. This is a problem in your shop.
