This is the second time in about 2 months I've stayed at this Pilot location. Both times I have got up early around midnight or 1am and went in to get a shower and nothing available. The first time I was told it would be at least an hour wait because they were waiting to get some clean. Today I was told they just have no one to clean showers, so no showers are available. Not so great management at this location. As drivers, we look forward to hot food, clean bathrooms, and a hot shower. I guess I will check into other truck stops in the area.

Always friendly service, clean showers, and cherry max go jo, my favorite, in the restroom.
Today there wasn't any extra fragrance in the bathroom. Please consider NOT refilling the odor dispensers, and using fragrance free cleaners. I could breath in there, and didn't leave with a headache and awful taste in my mouth.
It was my best visit, and I promise to send customers your way...

I went to purchase fuel there on the 14th and the total fill up was about $30 This morning when I reviewed my credit card statement I had a charge for $151 on the card and I called them and they said well itāll be 3 to 4 days before itāll be taken off, and I said āitās a credit card you know you wouldnāt be able to charge against it if it didnāt have funds to charge in it. I think that this is absolutely larcenous tell you the truth,
Iām very u I will never buy gas at this station again.

Beware this place. I bought 2 waters and realized one wasnāt sealed. I went back in and tried to swap it for a new one but the guy refused. Super shitty considering how weird people are nowadays. Iām not about to drink something that was already opened. No refund or anything. Sketchy af. So, double check your seals before purchasing things from here.

Pilot stuff really donāt care about drivers showers ,restrooms dirty.i wait over one hour for shower need to be cleaned but they didnāt and left without showers .I donāt give advise any drivers

This is a nice Pilot. The restrooms are quite clean. The store is well stocked, and their drip coffee rocks!
There seems to be a long wait for showers currently. Their Pilot rewards system was down at the moment, but absolutely cannot complain about that.
The employee at the register was polite.
