“I don't know why all the negative reviews. I buy stamps, I mail packages, I get passports...all have been seamless. My mail and packages show up to my house when I where I would expect. The actual office doesn't control postage rates or what happens to a package before or after it is in their hands.”

“Had a piece of mail stuck in Cleveland since June 30th that was extremely time sensitive that we needed by this evening. I spoke with who I assume is a supervisor there, Maria, who tracked down where the piece of mail was, and even sent a post office employee to retrieve it who then delivered it right to our door. We are extremely happy with the lengths their staff went to in order to help us, could not recommend them enough!”

“Very nice postmaster. She helped me resolve an out of town PO Box renewal issue, which I appreciated. Thank you for that!
Parking is odd. I require a handicap spot which, at this post office, you have to approach as you are headed northbound, and it is on the street.
I was not prepared for that and took a spot at the back side of the building near their loading dock.”
