The actual office doesn't control postage rates or what happens to a package before or after it is in their hands.”

Parking is odd. I require a handicap spot which, at this post office, you have to approach as you are headed northbound, and it is on the street.
I was not prepared for that and took a spot at the back side of the building near their loading dock.”
