One of the worst truck service shop i have experienced. 3.5 hours in the bay (still not done) for a single outer tire change and they are running around like flies over food. They call themselves tech and check out the video of them trying to remove the tire from a rim.

Our truck was 20min away with a blown coolant line. I called road service squad and ask them to call the driver before leaving so he can send a picture of which house he needs to make sure they got it before going there so we don't have to go back and forth looking for the coolant house. They failed to call the driver and showed up with the wrong house and had to drive back and forth to get the wright house which added additional few hours +per mile cost. When i was trying to explain them that they failed to check with the driver and that added additional cost and this is there mistake the lady told me that they when you call road squad you don't call the actual TA location, you call and agency that handles the road calls for TA and then they send the info to TA location that's close to you and when i asked to call the driver and check the part the lady from road squad did not make notes when she send the info to TA location and she admitted that it was miscommunication between TA and the road squad agency but i still have to pay for everything !
That doesn't make any sense if they have miscommunication between them they should be the once paying for it not me !
So we end up paying $1219 to replays a coolant house and the truck was only 18 miles away from them or 30min drive one way. The actual cost spouse to be half of that at the most.
NOT RECOMENDING USING THES LOCATION !

This place is beyond expensive including the Popeyes next door... food on gas station side was cold. They are price gouging to the max.

I usually don’t put a review but I had to put this one because I did an oil change and alignment in this TA on 09/24/2024 and the technician who replaced the tire rod and cross tube forgot to connect the cross tube on my truck.
At first, I thought the air was leaking from brake chamber but when I stopped at the next TA 80 miles away, they found out that the cross tube was not connected.
Spencer who was the technician who did the work order on my truck should be accountable and responsible.
For all my fellow truckers!
Be aware of those technicians being irresponsible and careless.

Was hvng a rough day and just got to this location from Utah as I was paying fr my items the young ladie asked are y a trucker and gve me a bag of goodies for appreciation month. I told her yur the first one that’s gvng me anything it put a smile on my face. Hats off to this location. .. I fuel no where else but the TA and petro for the points.

Not a terrible place, but it’s starting to accumulate non functioning equipment in the lot. One tractor with no ownership markings and a flat steer tire.

Clean quiet and friendly place
At night is super quiet
Doing my reset here and will do any time
Easy to park also their parking spots are wide just perfect for SWIFT drivers (just kidding)
Popeyes fast food restaurant is friendly clean and tasty food
Across street Pilot for coffee and a good walk to stretch your legs

Out side of having plenty of parking this TA is horrible.
There is never coffee after 16:00 (some of us do work nights)
The pot holes at exit, hell you might loose your hole truck in one of them.
They have been there for 3 years and won’t fix them,
I got stuck in one in a snow storm in winter 2022.
Since the they just gotten worse
Unfortunately my company likes us to fuel up at TA’s
Bite Dexter TA is definitely not one of the better TA

NO RESTAURANT, they shut down during COVID, and didn't open it backup after COVID, couldnt find help to run it. Than they need to take the Coyntry Pride sign down, this is false advertising.
